Sigrid 是亚太不动产协会（APREA）的首席执行官。她常驻新加坡，负责监督协会在亚太地区的战略方向、计划和运营。在她的领导下，亚太不动产协会重新定位为专注于房地产和基础设施的领先行业组织。

Sigrid 于 2019 年 1 月加入 APREA 的执行团队。

在加入亚太不动产协会之前，她于2010年至2018年担任戴德梁行（C&W）亚太区研究与咨询服务董事总经理，负责研究、思想领导、战略制定和客户管理。 在调往新加坡之前，她常驻华盛顿特区，领导戴德梁行在美国中大西洋地区的研究小组，负责监督华盛顿特区、弗吉尼亚州、马里兰郊区、巴尔的摩和费城地区市场研究活动的方方面面。在加入 C&W 之前，Sigrid 曾担任全美房地产经纪人协会 (NAR) 的高级经济学家。在该职位上，她负责开发 NAR 的办公室、仓库、零售、多户住宅和国际研究项目。

作为公认的全球经济、公共政策和房地产问题专家，Sigrid 经常在行业活动中发表演讲。《华尔街日报》、《金融时报》、彭博社、《纽约时报》和路透社等众多全球出版物也经常刊登她对商业和住宅房地产市场的评论。此外，她还在 CNBC、彭博社、CNN、国家公共广播电台和亚洲新闻频道等财经网络和广播电台上多次亮相。

Sigrid 拥有康奈尔大学约翰逊管理研究生院工商管理硕士学位和宾夕法尼亚州立大学经济学硕士学位。她是多个民间团体的成员，包括新加坡莱佛士城扶轮社（Rotary Club of Raffles City），并在该社担任过多个领导职务，同时还是新加坡克罗恩氏症和结肠炎协会（Crohn's & Colitis Society of Singapore）执行委员会的成员。

陈晓欧先生拥有横跨中国、美国、中国香港、新加坡及澳大利亚的全球化从业经历，深耕不动产投融资、REITs发行、私募基金管理、资产运营及国际业务拓展等领域，其丰富的跨境资产配置经验与前沿市场洞察，将为协会战略深化提供重要支撑。

陈先生现任富尚资产管理公司(F.O.G Capital) 是一家总部位于中国上海的不动产投资和资产管理公司，与哈佛中国基金合作超过10年。他兼任越秀房托基金(全球首个于2005年在香港公开上市、主要投资于中国内地物业的REIT)的独立董事。 此外，陈先生还曾担任全球排名前十的不动产投资基金的中国发展主管，以及香港最大的蓝筹房地产开发商之一的高级执行官。他在美国波士顿的一家国际建筑公司担任过高级建筑师，并在多个顶尖大学教授不动产和资本市场相关课程。

陈先生是中国顶尖商学院之一——长江商学院(CKGSB)的客座教授。他还曾担任中国人民大学MBA项目的导师，并在清华大学、北京大学、上海交通大学和同济大学教授房地产和资本市场相关课程。在美国生活期间，陈先生曾在波士顿建筑中心(BAC)担任客座讲师，教授建筑设计和规划课程。

李先生是一位經驗豐富的專家，在房地產投資信託基金、資產證券化、投資管理和稅務規劃方面擁有全面的經驗。在過去的十年中，他在中國房地產金融創新方面發揮了重要作用，包括早期的準房地產投資信託基金資產證券化、公開發行 C-REITs 以及另類投資策略。.

目前擔任中金基金管理有限公司（中國國際金融股份有限公司的全資子公司）董事會董事、副總經理、董事總經理兼房地產投資信託基金投資委員會主席。(李先生領導公司的 C-REITs 業務、市場推廣計劃和投資組合的產品開發。在他的領導下，中金基金管理公司鞏固了其作為中國首屈一指的公募房地產投資信託基金管理公司的地位，管理的房地產投資信託基金資產超過 300 億人民幣。中金公司一直走在中國房地產投資信託基金市場發展的前列，積極參與了具有里程碑意義的行業發展，例如首批公募房地產投資信託基金的首次公開發售（IPO）和隨後的季節性股票發售（SEO）。.

李先生擁有多項全球認可的專業資格，包括特許金融分析師（CFA）、註冊會計師（CPA）和註冊商業投資會員（CCIM）證書。他在中國人民大學金融學院完成了學業基礎課程，獲得了經濟學學士和碩士學位，之後又通過長江商學院的 EMBA 課程繼續深造。.

中國證券股份有限公司執行董事，房地產和建築行業首席分析師；北京大學國家發展研究院金融碩士。擁有 15 年房地產、物業管理等行業研究經驗。作為房地產研究團隊的領導者，曾獲得金牛獎最佳行業分析師（房地產行業）、新財富最佳分析師（房地產行業）入圍獎、《機構投資者-財新》資本市場分析師（房地產行業）大陸入圍成就獎，並多次獲得水晶球獎。除傳統房地產開發外，本團隊對多元化、創新的房地產業務及房地產投資信託基金（REITs）的研究亦有相當的專長。.

中信建投證券地产、周期及中小盘研究组组长，房地产及建筑行业首席分析师，北京大学国家发展研究院金融学硕士，专注于房地产、物业管理等行业研究，15年证券从业经验。多次荣获最佳行业金牛分析师奖（房地产行业）、新财富最佳分析师奖（房地产行业）、机构投资者-财新资本市场分析师成就奖（房地产行业）、卖方分析师水晶球奖（房地产行业）等奖项。注重产业研究，除覆盖传统开发商外，对房地产多元化、业务创新及以REITs为代表的地产资产证券化有深入研究。

胡峰在房地产行业拥有超过20年的经验。自2008年起，他开始参与中国房地产投资信托基金（REITs）的研究。作为REITs评估负责人，他主导了38只上市REITs的资产评估，其中包括2014年首个国内准REITs产品——中信启航准REITs、招商局SKP准REITs产品，以及2021年首批中国上市REITs，例如中金普洛斯、招商局蛇口、华润商业消费REITs、中金银利消费REITs和凯德集团消费REITs。

社會职务：北京朝阳区政协委员；中国房地产协会理事、中国房地产评估价与协会理事、北京市党外高级知识分子联谊会理事、APREA亚太房地产协会中国区理事、中证指数基础设施REITs评估委员会委员。

中國人民大学商学院外实践导师，北大光华中国REITs先锋课程行业导师。

胡峰擁有超過20年房地产行业经验，自2008年开始参与中国REITs研究，作为REITs评估负责人主导：2014年国内首单类REITs-中信启航产品、华贸SKP类REITs等，及2021年征集中国公募REITs中金普洛斯、招商蛇口、华润消费商业REITs、中金印力消费REITs、凯德消费REITs等38单公募REITs资产评估工作。

Jane Wu holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master's degree in Finance from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. She began her career in the Shanghai municipal government, where she spent five years gaining deep insight into public policy and institutional frameworks. From 2009 to 2013, she served as a tax senior manager at EY's Shanghai office, before relocating to EY London (2014–2016) to lead China Desk engagements, advising Chinese enterprises on outbound investment and cross-border structuring. Since 2017, she has held progressive leadership roles at a pioneering renewable energy company, serving as Global Head of Tax, CFO of the Southeast Asia region, and currently CFO of the power asset platform. With nearly two decades of experience spanning public sector, professional services, and corporate leadership, Jane brings a unique blend of tax expertise, cross-border perspective, and strategic financial acumen to the clean energy sector.

Lillian is Vice President of Green Street's Advisory Services Group and brings 12 years of investment experience. Lillian has underwritten and advised on investments across both traditional and non-traditional property types, including cold storage, data centers, farmland, healthcare, industrial, lodging, multifamily, office, retail, single-family rental, student housing, and mixed-use developments. Prior to joining Green Street, Lillian worked in private equity real estate in New York, including as an investment specialist at Cadre, and as an executive with Macquarie's real estate investments group. She began her career at PIMCO. Lillian is involved with CRE Finance Council (CREFC) and with Urban Land Institute (ULI), serving on the Leadership Council. Lillian earned an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School with a concentration in Real Estate Finance, and a B.A. in Computer Science and Economics from Dartmouth College.

Wei is a tax partner at EY Shanghai office. She has more than 20 years of professional experience in providing PRC tax and business advisory services to domestic and foreign clients, and is proficient in relevant tax laws, regulations, and implementation practice.

Wei’s expertise in tax planning and consulting includes group restructuring for IPO, due diligence and health checks, M&A-related structuring, outbound investment structuring, etc.

Wei has extensive experience in the real estate industry. She has been involved in providing tax due diligence and structuring services for numerous transactions across various property types, including residential, commercial, logistics, data center, white-collar apartments, parking lots, tourism parks, etc.

Wei also possesses deep tax advisory experience in real estate securitization, covering S-REITs, C-REITs, and Pre-REITs.

Mr. Jin Lianzheng is Director and Head of New‑Economy Business of Beijing Valuation & Advisory Services of Cushman & Wakefield. He is primarily responsible for acquisition due diligence, market research and database development for projects covering warehousing & logistics, industrial parks, data centers, rental housing and other asset classes. His clients include industrial operators, public‑offered funds and various types of investment institutions. He has been extensively involved in numerous projects such as asset sorting, public and inter‑institutional REITs issuance, M&A due‑diligence advisory, and asset performance optimization.

许汉斌先生是翰博物流Forest Logistics的联合创始人兼首席执行官。他曾任新加坡主权财富基金淡马锡控股旗下工业及物流地产投资平台腾飞集团中国投资主管，拥有近20年的房地产投资和基金管理经验。加入腾飞集团之前，他曾担任中国东方峰会资本（中国）和波特曼集团（美国）的投资总监。他已完成并管理了总额近65亿美元的中国和美国物流、工业及综合用途地产投资交易。他拥有加州大学伯克利分校工商管理硕士学位和哈佛大学房地产设计硕士学位。.
