Sigrid is the Chief Executive Officer of Asia Pacific Real Assets Association (APREA). Based in Singapore, she is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, initiatives and operations of the association across Asia Pacific. Under her leadership, APREA repositioned to an industry trade group focusing on real estate and infrastructure.
Sigrid joined APREA’s executive team in January 2019.
Prior to APREA, she served as Managing Director of Asia Pacific Research and Advisory Services of Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) from 2010 through 2018, where she was responsible for research, thought leadership, strategy formulation and client management. Before relocating to Singapore, she was based in Washington, D.C. and led C&W’s U.S. research group in the Mid-Atlantic region, overseeing all aspects of market research activities in the Washington, DC; Virginia; Suburban Maryland, Baltimore; and Philadelphia areas. Prior to joining C&W, Sigrid served as a Senior Economist for the National Association of Realtors (NAR). In that position, she developed NAR’s office, warehouse, retail, multi-family housing, and international research programs.
A recognized expert in global economic, public policy and real estate issues, Sigrid is a frequent speaker at industry events. Her commentary on commercial and residential real estate markets is also regularly featured in a wide array of global publications, including the Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, Bloomberg, New York Times and Reuters. Additionally, she has made several television appearances on financial networks and radio such as CNBC, Bloomberg, CNN, National Public Radio and Channel News Asia.
Sigrid holds a Master of Business Administration from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management and a Master’s degree in Economics from Pennsylvania State University. She is a member of several civic groups including the Rotary Club of Raffles City in Singapore, where she has served in various leadership positions, and serves in the Executive Committee of the Crohn’s & Colitis Society of Singapore.

Having worked in China, the U.S., Hong Kong, Singapore, and Australia, Mr. Chen has vast and diverse experiences in real estate investment and financing, REITs, PERE fund management and asset management, real estate development, planning & design, and international business operations.
Mr. Chen is the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of F.O.G. Capital & Asset Management Corp. (Fields of Gold Corp. - a real estate focused investment & asset management firm headquartered in Shanghai, China, and a Harvard China Fund partner for over 10 years) and the independent director of Yuexiu REITs (the World's first publicly listed REITs in Hong Kong in 2005 investing mainly in mainland properties). He also has been serving as the Development Head of China for a Top-10 Globally ranked real estate investment fund and as senior executive of one of the largest listed blue-chip real estate development groups in Hong Kong. He has also worked as senior architect in an international architectural firm in Boston, MA. USA.
Mr. Chen is a visiting professor at one of the top business schools in China- Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business (CKGSB). He was also a mentor for China Ren Min University’s MBA program. He teaches Real Estate and Capital Market related courses in Tsinghua University, Peking University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Tongji University. While living in the US, Mr. Chen was a Guest Lecturer at the BAC (Boston Architecture Center), where he taught architectural design and planning studios.

Mr. Li is a seasoned expert with comprehensive experience in REITs, asset securitization, investment management, and tax planning. Over the past decade, he has played an instrumental role in pioneering China's real estate financial innovations, including early-stage quasi-REIT asset securitization, public C-REITs, and alternative investment strategies.
Currently serving as Director of Board, Deputy General Manager, Managing Director, and Chairman of REITs Investment Committee at CICC Fund Management Ltd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of China International Capital Corporation, CICC), Mr. Li leads the firm's C-REITs business, marketing initiatives and product development of investment portfolios. Under his stewardship, CICC Fund Management has solidified its position as China's premier public REITs manager, overseeing REITs assets exceeding RMB 30 billion. The company has been at the forefront of China's REITs market evolution, actively participating in landmark industry milestones such as the first public REITs IPOs and subsequent seasoned equity offerings (SEOs).
Mr. Li holds multiple globally recognized professional credentials including the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) certifications. He completed his academic foundation at Renmin University of China (RUC), School of Finance, earning both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Economics, before advancing his executive education through the EMBA program at Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business (CKGSB).

Kemmu Kawai joined Longevity Partners Japan in September 2022 as the Country Director. Based in Tokyo, he oversees all operations and activities in Japan, the Asia-Pacific region and beyond. He brings him more than 16 years of experience in finance where he specialised in real estate and credit investments. Before joining Longevity Partners, he served as a Portfolio Manager at Norinchukin Bank and as Investment Manager at Center Point Development.
