Hidehito Suzuki joined JLL Group in April 2023 and then turned Director, Energy & Sustainability Services in July 2025.

Prior to joining JLL, he had 29 years experiences at The Norinchukin Bank where he worked for both of the first line and the second line and also worked overseas in any of US, UK and Singapore. His last mandate there was a Joint General Manager, Credit Control Division.

He holds CASBEE AP for Real Estate & Wellness Office.
