Sigrid 是亚太不动产协会（APREA）的首席执行官。她常驻新加坡，负责监督协会在亚太地区的战略方向、计划和运营。在她的领导下，亚太不动产协会重新定位为专注于房地产和基础设施的领先行业组织。

Sigrid 于 2019 年 1 月加入 APREA 的执行团队。

Vincent is a finance and technology leader at Apex Digital, specializing in digital assets, market structure, and regulatory engagement across the Asia Pacific region. With expertise spanning fixed income, equities, derivatives, blockchain, and asset tokenisation, he has built a career at the intersection of traditional finance and emerging technologies. Prior to Apex Digital, he held roles at Chainlink, Solidus Labs, and leading investment banks, working closely with regulators, financial institutions, and digital asset platforms across Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, the UAE, and broader APAC markets. He has successfully led high-performing teams and delivered complex initiatives in business strategy, regulatory compliance, operational transformation, and market infrastructure. His focus is on advancing safe, interoperable, and compliant financial ecosystems through innovation and practical execution.

Akihiro Nakao joined Kenedix Inc. in 2007 and worked in the Corporate Planning Department focusing on corporate strategy and fundraising activities. In 2011, he participated in the launch of a residential REIT and served as its CFO. In 2015, he established a local entity in Singapore, spearheading business expansion in Asia. Starting in January 2020, as the head of the Digital Securitization Department, he has been a leading figure in the real estate security token market, leading the issuance of Japan's first real estate security token offering in August 2021 and subsequently participating in numerous real estate security token offerings. Since March 2025, he has also served as the Representative Director of KDX ST Partners. Prior to joining Kenedix, he worked in investment banking at SMBC Nikko Securities Inc. and Citigroup Global Markets Japan Inc., with extensive experience in large-scale capital raising and M&A advisory services. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from Hitotsubashi University.

Amélie Delaunay is Head of APAC Real Estate Economics at Oxford Economics. She brings more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, with deep expertise in non-listed real estate research, indices, market analytics, and investment strategy across Asia Pacific and global markets.

Educated at Sorbonne University, Amélie holds a postgraduate degree in Urban Geography, Town Planning, and Real Estate. She also earned an Advanced Master’s Degree in Urban and Real Estate Management from ESSEC Business School. Amélie is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
