About Prime Litmus Investment Management Ltd. (PLIM)
- PLIM was incorporated during the month of March 2025 to primarily to carry out business of Investment Management for Alternate Investment Funds (AIF). It is a Joint Venture between Prime Research & Advisory Ltd. (PRAL) and Litmus Global Services LLP (LGS) based out of Mumbai, India.
- PRAL is a 100% subsidiary of Prime Securities Ltd., a listed, SEBI Registered Category 1 Merchant Banker. Its area of operations includes corporate advisory services, especially in fundraising and Strategic Initiatives.
- LGS is a boutique Investment Banker with advisory expertise in special situations, ranging from rapid growth to complex financial distress. The firm provides bespoke solutions in Capital Raising, M&A, and Restructuring.
- PLIM has recently received approval from SEBI for PRIME LITMUS REAL ESTATE AIF, a Category II AIF and is launching its first scheme PRIME LITMUS REAL ESTATE OPPORTUNITIES FUND. The Fund will invest in the real estate sector with focus on Residential, Industrial, Commercial, and special situation projects in India.
