Eugene Min is a Senior Managing Director in the Real Estate Group and Chief Operating Officer of Real Estate Asia, based in Singapore. Mr. Min previously served as Blackstone’s Head of Business Finance for Asia supporting the Real Estate, Private Equity and Tactical Opportunities businesses.
Prior to joining Blackstone in 2018, Mr. Min worked at CLSA Capital Partners, a multi-strategy alternative investment firm, as their Chief Financial Officer based in Hong Kong and prior to that was with J.P. Morgan Asset Management’s Global Real Assets Group across various roles in New York and Hong Kong.
Mr. Min received a BS in Business and Economics from Lehigh University and is a CFA Charterholder.

Kenji Utsumi is a partner at Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu. He has advised clients, as their main legal counsel, on large transactions, particularly real estate transactions and transactions in the life sciences industry, several of which have been nominated for special recognition as the “Deal of the Year in Japan” in their particular categories. He regularly counsels a number of TSE and SGX listed REIT clients as well as real estate private equity funds on a wide range of matters including formation, public offerings, M&A and restructuring of REITs and real estate private equity funds. He has substantial experience with respect to real estate private equity funds and has represented fund arrangers, fund investors, lenders and tenants, and was recently informed that he is known as “the lawyer who has assisted his clients in acquiring the largest amount of real estates in Japan.”
He earned an LL.B. from the University of Tokyo in 1992 and an LL.M. from University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1999. He was admitted to practice in Japan in 1994 and worked at the Los Angeles office of Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker as a visiting attorney in 1999-2000. In addition to his private practice, Mr. Utsumi lectured Civil Law at The University of Tokyo School of Law as an Adjunct Professor of Law from 2022 to 2025.
