Masaru Yokomizo has 36 years of experience in real estate brokerage at Mitsui Fudosan Realty, the largest real estate brokerage firm in Japan. Since he joined the company in 1990, he has spent time in multiple departments in Japan, U.S.A. (Los Angeles and San Diego) and China (Beijing and Shanghai). After 4 years’ tour of duty in China, he was transferred back to International Department in Tokyo HQ in 2015 and has been involved with promotion of cross-border real estate investment. He holds B.A. from Waseda University, and the designation of CCIM, Certified Commercial Investment Member.
