Singapore – 29 July 2024. The Asia Pacific Real Assets Association (APREA) is pleased to announce the appointment of David Xiaoou Chen, Chairman & CEO, Fields of Gold (F.O.G.) Capital & Asset Management Corp., as Deputy Chairman of the APREA China Chapter.
陈晓欧先生拥有横跨中国、美国、中国香港、新加坡及澳大利亚的全球化从业经历，深耕不动产投融资、REITs发行、私募基金管理、资产运营及国际业务拓展等领域，其丰富的跨境资产配置经验与前沿市场洞察，将为协会战略深化提供重要支撑。
Mr. Chen is the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of F.O.G. Capital & Asset Management Corp. (Fields of Gold Corp. – a real estate focused investment & asset management firm headquartered in Shanghai, China, and a Harvard China Fund partner for over 10 years) and the independent director of Yuexiu REITs (the World’s first publicly listed REITs in Hong Kong in 2005 investing mainly in mainland properties). He also has been serving as the Development Head of China for a Top-10 Globally ranked real estate investment fund and as senior executive of one of the largest listed blue-chip real estate development groups in Hong Kong. He has also worked as senior architect in an international architectural firm in Boston, MA. USA.
陈先生是中国顶尖商学院之一——长江商学院(CKGSB)的客座教授。他还曾担任中国人民大学MBA项目的导师，并在清华大学、北京大学、上海交通大学和同济大学教授房地产和资本市场相关课程。在美国生活期间，陈先生曾在波士顿建筑中心(BAC)担任客座讲师，教授建筑设计和规划课程。
