He began his career in 1994 at Tokyu Land Corporation, working on planning for detached and custom-built housing. After a secondment to a financial institution, he gained experience in real estate investment using SPC structures. In 2005, he joined Diamond Realty Management Inc. (DREAM), where he managed private funds across residential, logistics, and data center assets. Since 2014, he has overseen private REIT operations. He currently serves as Executive Officer, Sustainability Officer, and Head of Administration, leading HR, corporate administration, and company-wide sustainability initiatives.

Daiki Miyazawa joined JapanCor Co., Ltd. in September 2022 as Vice President, Sustainability Management.

He has over 10 years of experience in sustainability, with a particular focus on real estate and infrastructure.

Prior to joining JapanCor, he worked as a Senior Consultant at CSR Design Green Investment Advisory Co., Ltd., where he advised J-REITs, real estate companies, and infrastructure funds on sustainability initiatives, including participation in GRESB assessments for global institutional investors.

He holds a GRESB AP and a CASBEE AP for Real Estate.

Hidehito Suzuki joined JLL Group in April 2023 and then turned Director, Energy & Sustainability Services in July 2025.

Prior to joining JLL, he had 29 years experiences at The Norinchukin Bank where he worked for both of the first line and the second line and also worked overseas in any of US, UK and Singapore. His last mandate there was a Joint General Manager, Credit Control Division.

He holds CASBEE AP for Real Estate & Wellness Office.

Yuria Hamaie works at Mitsubishi HC Capital, where she develops new businesses at the intersection of real estate and sustainability. Her experience spans real estate finance, asset management, and ESG initiatives, including GRESB, environmental data management, decarbonization, green building certifications, and TCFD- and TNFD-related activities. Earlier in her career, she worked on debt and equity investments in real estate funds sponsored by domestic and international institutions. She serves on the Operations Committee of Green Building Japan and holds the ARES Certified Master, CASBEE Accredited Professional for Real Estate, and CASBEE Wellness Office Accredited Professional qualifications.
