APREA以前は、2010年から2018年までクッシュマン・アンド・ウェイクフィールド（C&W）のアジア太平洋リサーチ＆アドバイザリーサービス担当マネージング・ディレクターとして、リサーチ、ソートリーダーシップ、戦略策定、顧客管理を担当。 シンガポールに拠点を移す前は、ワシントンD.C.に拠点を置き、C&Wの米国中部大西洋地域のリサーチグループを率いて、ワシントンDC、バージニア州、メリーランド州郊外、ボルチモア、フィラデルフィア地域の市場調査活動全般を監督した。C&W入社以前は、全米不動産協会（NAR）のシニアエコノミストを務めた。同職では、NARのオフィス、倉庫、小売、集合住宅、国際調査プログラムを開発した。.

世界経済、公共政策、不動産問題の専門家として知られるシグリッドは、業界のイベントで頻繁に講演を行っている。 また、商業用および住宅用不動産市場に関する彼女の解説は、ウォール・ストリート・ジャーナル、フィナンシャル・タイムズ、ブルームバーグ、ニューヨーク・タイムズ、ロイターなど、さまざまな世界的出版物に定期的に掲載されている。さらに、CNBC、ブルームバーグ、CNN、ナショナル・パブリック・ラジオ、チャンネル・ニュース・アジアなどの金融ネットワークやラジオに何度かテレビ出演している。.

2015年から2023年まで住友商事の子会社である住商リアルティ・マネジメントの代表取締役社長を務め、AUMを7,000億円超に拡大。SOSiLAロジスティクスリート（上場）、SCリアルティプライベートリート（私募）、セパレートアカウント（特別勘定）など、投資対象を多様化。.

それ以前は、住友商事株式会社において、住宅、商業施設、ロジスティクス部門を網羅する日米両国の包括的な不動産ポートフォリオを管理し、重要な役割を担ってきた。.

2024年から2025年4月まで日本エスコン取締役戦略事業本部長。現在はフォートレス・インベストメント・グループにてJ-REIT関連業務に従事。.

1983年京都大学工学部建築学科卒業。建築士、ARES認定マスター、APREA理事／日本支部長、RICS日本MEG共同議長（FRICS）。.

鈴木直樹氏は、KKR傘下で上場J-REIT最大手の運用会社であるKJRマネジメントの代表取締役社長に2022年4月より就任、また2020年1月よりチーフ・サステナビリティ・オフィサーに就任しています。2012年1月に三菱商事・ユービーエス・リアルティ株式会社（現KJRマネジメント）に調査部長として入社し、その後、同社傘下のMCUBS MidCity副社長、三菱商事・ユービーエス・リアルティ株式会社副社長を経て、現職に就任しました。それ以前は、ループス・アルファ・アジア、シュローダーズ、UBSアセット・マネジメント、長銀・F&Cインベストメント・マネジメントにおいて、株式・不動産証券アナリスト、ファンドマネージャーとして勤務しました。公認金融アナリスト（CFA）。東京大学法学士。.

Makoto Sakuma is Asia Pacific Co-Head of Research and Strategy and focuses primarily on Japanese real estate markets and on sharing global market insights with Japanese investors.

Makoto rejoined LaSalle in 2025, after a previous stint at the firm from 2019 to 2020, during which he specialized in investment strategy and research for the Japanese and South Korean real estate markets. Before rejoining LaSalle, Makoto was Senior Researcher at NLI Research Institute and held roles at Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank and INPEX Corporation.

Makoto gained his PhD in Policy and Planning Sciences from University of Tsukuba and also holds a Bachelor of Economics from Osaka University.

Keita Araki appointed President & Representative Director of KJR Management in February 2025. Prior to his appointment, he served as Executive Officer and General Manager of Metropolitan Division of the company for almost 10 years, contributing to
the growth of the Japan Metropolitan Fund Investment Corporation. He joined KJR Management (formerly Mitsubishi Corp.-UBS Realty Inc.) in 2003. After serving as Head of Asset Management Department, he was appointed Executive Officer and
Head of Retail Division in 2015 and Executive Officer and Head of Metropolitan Division in 2021. He led the merger of Japan Retail Fund Investment Corporation and MCUBS MidCity Investment Corporation. He was appointed Executive Officer and
Head of Metropolitan Division in March 2021. After the merger, he led the development of Japan Metropolitan Fund Investment Corporation by implementing various strategies, including the asset replacement of 200 billion yen. In 1992, he joined
Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., working in a Housing Sales Division, International Division, and Corporate Sales Department. He received a B.A. from Waseda University School of Law. He is a real estate appraiser.

Masaya Sato is President and CEO of Kasumigaseki REIT Advisors Co., Ltd., and also serves as Executive Officer of Kasumigaseki Hotel REIT, Inc. In 2023, he joined Kasumigaseki Capital Co., Ltd. as Executive Officer (Head of the REIT Preparation Office), where he led the launch of a listed REIT.

Masaya began his career in real estate appraisal at Tanizawa Sogo Appraisal Co., Ltd. He has spent many years engaged in real estate investment and asset management at Grosvenor Fund Management Japan, and Diamond Realty Management.

He has extensive experience across a wide range of areas, including appraisal, investment analysis, investor relations (IR), and the acquisition, management, and disposition of assets. He has a proven track record in investing in and managing diverse asset types such as hotels, offices, logistics, and retail properties.

He holds a graduate degree from the Graduate School of Finance at Waseda University.

1993年4月に三菱商事に入社し、30年以上にわたり、国内外の金融、不動産、都市開発事業に携わってきました。2007年4月より5年間、ダイヤモンド・リアルティ・マネジメント株式会社（DREAM）に出向し、取締役副社長 事業企画本部長を務めました。三菱商事に復帰後、2012年8月にニューヨーク州のMC Financial Services Ltd.に出向し、取締役副社長を務め、翌年にはコネチカット州のMC Asset Management Holdings, LLCのマネージングディレクター 事業開発本部長 兼 COOを務めました。帰国後は、2016年5月より三菱商事の新産業金融事業グループ、都市開発グループ、都市開発・インフラグループにおいて、国内外の事業を推進しています。2025年4月にDREAMに再出向し、代表取締役社長に就任しました。.

Takayuki Higashi was appointed Head of Private REIT Department at Kenedix Real Estate Fund Management, Inc. in February 2026 and subsequently appointed Director and COO in March 2026. He oversees the operations of Kenedix Private Investment Corporation.

He joined Kenedix in 2007, and has played a key role in the growth of Kenedix Private Investment Corporation, leading the asset management and investment teams for the private REIT since 2019.

Prior to joining Kenedix, Takayuki began his career in Recruit Building Management Corporation in 1999. Since then, he has been engaged in tenant leasing, real estate brokerage and the real estate fund business.

He has over 25 years of experience in the real estate investment industry.

Katsuhiro Matsunami has served as Representative Director and President of JINUSHI Asset Management Co., Ltd. since February 2025. And as Executive Officer of JINUSHI Private REIT Investment Corporation since March 2025.

He joined JINUSHI Co., Ltd. (formerly Nippon Commercial Development Co., Ltd.) in 2019 and was subsequently seconded to JINUSHI Asset Management Co., Ltd.

Prior to joining JINUSHI, he joined Mitsubishi Corp.-UBS Realty Inc. (currently KJR Management Co., Ltd.) from 2011, where he was responsible for real estate investment operations for mainly Japan Retail Fund Investment Corporation (currently Japan Metropolitan Fund Investment Corporation). Earlier in his career, he joined Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. in 2007 and was seconded to Nomura Real Estate Investment Management Co., Ltd. (currently Nomura Real Estate Asset Management, Inc.). In this role, he was primarily engaged in real estate investment activities across multiple sectors, including commercial properties and restructuring CMBS cases. He began his professional career in 2005 at Sumitomo Trust & Banking Co., Ltd. (currently Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, Limited), where he was involved in brokerage and consulting services for real estate transactions.

竹内隆太氏は、JLLの日本国内におけるキャピタルマーケットプラットフォームの責任者であり、グローバルに展開するキャピタルマーケットチームと連携し、日本の商業用不動産市場へのインバウンド投資機会の促進や、国内のキャピタルオーナーへのアウトバウンド投資に関する助言を行っています。竹内氏は三菱商事からJLLに入社し、同社グローバル不動産投資部門であるダイヤモンド・リアリティ・マネジメント株式会社の社長兼CEOを務めていました。三菱商事では、2021年から2023年にかけて、私募不動産投資信託（REIT）および私募ファンドを通じて、日本およびその他のグローバル市場で1兆4,800億米ドルを超える運用資産を統括しました。竹内氏は1996年に三菱商事に入社し、都市開発グループの経営企画室長、欧州のMCアセットマネジメントのマネージングディレクター兼CEOなど、様々な要職を歴任しました。また、UBSとの合弁私募ファンド事業であるUBS三菱商事のジェネラルパートナーであるUBS-PREMF Limitedの共同CEOも務めました。.
