Hany Sabry is the Executive Board Member and Group COO of SKH Family Office, where he leads strategy, governance, and growth across the group’s diversified investments. With nearly 30 years of experience in banking, financial services, and real assets, he has held senior roles at leading institutions including Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB), Ajman Bank, Mashreq Bank, International Company for Leasing, and HSBC.

He previously served as CEO of CORE International Holding, overseeing multi-sector subsidiaries and successfully reviving one of the UAE’s largest stalled real estate projects. At ADIB, he led capital markets and investment initiatives, managing multi-million-USD portfolios, launching innovative Sharia-compliant products, and driving IPOs and Sukuk transactions that raised over AED 110 billion, including the world’s first USD 500 million Green Sukuk.

As Chairman of the UBF Wealth & Investment Committee, Hany led the national initiative to position the UAE as a global wealth hub. Today, at SKH Family Office, he continues to advance innovative strategies and partnerships that strengthen the UAE’s role in global wealth, capital markets, and sustainable real asset development.

Nael Mustafa, CFA, is the Chief Executive Officer of GFH Partners Ltd. He brings over three decades of experience in real estate investment, capital markets, and financial services across global and regional institutions.

Since joining GFH in 2020, Nael has led the expansion of its real estate platform across the United States, Europe, the GCC, and Asia. Under his leadership, GFH Partners has grown to manage more than US $6.5 billion in assets, with a portfolio spanning logistics, medical office buildings, student and senior housing, and digital infrastructure.

He has been instrumental in developing both institutional and retail investment products, building a diversified capital base that supports scale, resilience, and investor alignment. Nael’s investment philosophy is rooted in a dynamic, thematic approach, deploying capital into sectors supported by structural demand and demographic shifts, with a focus on value-add returns and long-term performance.

Prior to joining GFH, he held senior roles at SICO Bank, BNP Paribas, and TAIB Securities, leading mandates in M&A advisory, structured finance, and capital raising.

Nael holds a B.Sc. in Accounting & Finance from the University of Bahrain, an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, and is a CFA charterholder. He is a regular speaker at global real estate and investment forums, sharing insights on thematic investing, capital formation, and strategic growth in evolving markets.

Thomas Stephenson is the Director of Real Estate Advisory at AHR Group, where he specializes in helping institutional investors, family offices, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI) identify, assess, and capitalise on real estate opportunities in the UAE. Having spent over seven years living and working in the UAE, Tom blends deep local market knowledge with international experience to provide intelligent, tailored strategies that align with each client’s objectives—whether that’s income-generating assets, long-term capital appreciation, or portfolio diversification.

At AHR, Tom leads the firm’s expansion into real estate advisory following his tenure at JLL in Dubai. He advises on high-value transactions, due diligence, structuring, and risk mitigation; guiding clients through regulatory frameworks, tax implications, financial modelling, and market trends. His approach involves collaborating closely with clients to understand their risk appetite, investment timeline, and sector preferences—residential, commercial, industrial, or mixed-use—and then sourcing opportunities that match.

Dr. Bhaskar Dasgupta is a Board Chairman/Member, Advisor and Investor in banking, markets, crypto, asset management, healthcare and technology. He has/is serving on the board or advising several financially regulated firms in the Middle East, India, UK/Europe (Apex Group, Peregrine, AusGulf, Aarna Capital, Bunat Ventures, Point72 (DIFC) Ltd, Trillium Ventures, Cohesion Asset Management, ICICI Ventures, Caravella Asset Management, Truleum Ventures, Liminal Digital Custody). He advises UAE, India and UK-based families/Family Office Advisory firms and runs his Abu Dhabi based family office foundation which invests in funds, real estate and startups. An advocate for education and thought leadership, he is a visiting faculty member and sits on advisory boards at various universities in the UK, UAE, and India. He also serves as the Chairman of the Middle East Stablecoin Association and Secretary of the Middle East Investment Management Association.

Dr. Dasgupta’s previous full-time role was leading the market development of Abu Dhabi’s award-winning Financial Centre (Abu Dhabi Global Market) and Financial Regulator (Financial Service Regulatory Authority) for Exchanges, Crypto, Digital Banking, Broker / Dealers, Venture Capital, FinTech, Sustainable Finance & Commodities sectors. He was also responsible for Emerging Markets and Europe as a region. He helped triple AUM, making ADGM the largest regulated crypto jurisdiction in the world, quadrupled the number of broker-dealers, and helped launch ICE Futures Abu Dhabi (trading a million contracts within 6 months), making ADGM the biggest hub for venture capital in the region, etc. 

Prior to joining ADGM in 2019, Dr. Dasgupta was the Chief Operating Officer of UK Export Finance (GBP 90B Capital) at the Department of International Trade, UK Government.  His 30-year career included senior-level leadership, business development and transformation roles in investment banking, transaction banking, technology, and consulting in HSBC, ABN AMRO, Citigroup, and PwC. 

Dr. Dasgupta has read for a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Bhopal, India; an MBA in Finance from Indore University, India; a PhD in AI from the University of Manchester, UK; a PhD in Terrorism from Kings College London, UK; a PhD in History of Spices from Brunel University, UK and is embarking on his next PhD in Subtractive Sacred Architecture from University of Westminster, UK.

Muadh Al-Nahdi is an investment leader at the Executive Office for Futuristic Cities within Oman’s Ministry of Housing & Urban Planning, where he oversees large-scale urban development projects such as Sultan Haitham City. His role focuses on attracting investment, structuring partnerships, and ensuring alignment with Oman Vision 2040.

He brings over six years of experience in  real estate development, with a track record of advancing projects that combine urban innovation, sustainability, and investor appeal. Muadh has worked extensively on creating investment-ready opportunities across residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors, supporting Oman’s transformation into a regional hub for smart and sustainable living.

He holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore (NUS), where he specialized in real estate finance, investment, and sustainable development. With this background, Muadh bridges academic excellence and practical expertise, offering regional and international investors unique insights into Oman’s emerging real estate landscape and futuristic city models.

Subhojit is a resident Partner in the CAM-Middle East office in Abu Dhabi. He specialises in financing and infrastructure, having spent more than 15 years in the Firm’s Mumbai office.

Matthias is Head of Asia Pacific - Real Estate. He joined Mubadala in 2016, initially focusing on transactions in Europe. In 2018, Matthias established Mubadala Real Estate’s presence in Asia Pacific and continues to grow and expand the portfolio in the region. Prior to joining Mubadala, Matthias spent time at Abraaj Capital, Dubai, leading its real estate efforts in Sub-Sahara, and selectively, the MENA region, and MARK, London/Berlin, overseeing the firm’s real estate activities in the DACH markets in Europe. He spent his earlier years in banking, including Goldman Sachs and UBS. Matthias is a CAIA Charterholder, received his MSc and PGDip from the London School of Economics and Political Science, UK, and his BSc from the ICMA Centre (part of Henley Business School), University of Reading, UK.

Edd joined Cushman & Wakefield Qatar in March 2006, having spent 14 years in Property Management, Commercial Agency and Valuation within a well-known agency in the UK.

In 2009, Edd was appointed Head of Valuation for the Middle East before being appointed General Manager in 2013.

During the past ten years, Edd has valued a range of assets from large-scale master planned schemes to single tenanted buildings.

Edd is a fully qualified member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and is an RICS Registered Valuer.

Tim Houghton was appointed Global Head of the Private Wealth, Family Office and Employee Benefits segment in July 2024, supporting the needs of UHNW families, family offices and corporate employee benefits clients, leveraging the network of TMF Group offices in 85+ jurisdictions. 

Prior to his current role Tim was the Market Head for the Channel Islands with responsibility for the businesses in both Jersey & Guernsey across funds, trust, corporate and employee benefits service lines

Prior to joining TMF Group in 2019, Tim worked for RBC (Royal Bank of Canada), covering multiple senior positionings including the Head of Business Development for the bank’s International Business & Head of Private Wealth Management offshore.

Tim is a Chartered Member of the CISI, holds the ICSA diploma in offshore finance and administration, the Executive Diploma in Management from the CMI and is an affiliate member of STEP.
