Mr LIANG is an institutional real estate private equity professional with extensive experience in investment strategy, asset management, capital sourcing and fund management. He most recently served as Senior Vice President of Investments at Empire State Realty Trust in New York, where he built the investment team, developed deal sourcing process, formulated investment strategies, and led significant transactions across key New York City assets. Prior to this role, he was Senior Vice President of Investments and Asset Management at Columbia Property Trust, where he managed a diverse portfolio, overseeing investments across office, retail and multifamily sectors. Mr LIANG began his career at Deutsche Bank, contributing to the development of real estate funds in Chinese Mainland, Asia and the United States.

Mr LIANG holds a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from the University of Maryland. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Executive Director of China Securities Co., Chief analyst of real estate and construction industry; Master of Finance from National Development Institute of Peking University. He has 15 years research experiences in real estate, property management and other sectors. As the leader of real estate research team, he has won the Golden Bull Award for Best Industry Analyst (Real Estate Industry) and New Fortune Finalist Award for Best Analyst (Real Estate Industry),and Institutional Investor-Caixin Finalist Achievement Award on the mainland for Capital Market Analyst (Real Estate Industry) and the Crystal Ball Award for several times. Mr. Gary Ko serves as Associate Director Business Development at the Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park (HSITP), where he spearheads initiatives to drive public-private partnerships and business and land development. With over 15 years of experience in asset management, commercial strategy, and operations, Mr. Ko has a distinguished record of cultivating strategic partnerships and driving investment opportunities across diverse sectors.

Previously, he held senior roles at Goodman, where he managed significant investment portfolios, and at Wing Tai Properties, where he developed strategies to deliver commercial growth. At Tai Kwun, under The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, he pioneered and oversaw a high-profile cultural and heritage project. His tenure at the Wharf Group included operational and marketing roles in China and Hong Kong, harnessing his expertise in market analysis and business operations.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Ko served in administrative roles within the HKSAR Government on planning and lands, and contributed to product promotion at the Hong Kong Trade Development Council. He also gained valuable experience in the aviation sector with Cathay Pacific Airways of Swire Group.

Eric Ng has nearly 20 years of experience in real estate investment and financial services. He is the Chief Investment Officer of CR Longdation’s Asset Management Platform, overseeing all aspects of the firm's real estate investment and asset management business. Prior to his current role, Mr. Ng was the Director of Overseas Investment and Financing at CIFI Group, where he led a series of transactions across the retail, office, and residential sectors throughout Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, and the UK. Mr. Ng has also served as Investment and Corporate Finance Director at Country Garden and Vice President of Capital Management at China Resources Group.

Before that, he was an equity research analyst in CITIC Securities. Mr. Ng holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, is a FCPA from HKICPA in Hong Kong and also a charter holder of CFA.

Leveraging modern organizational management skills, sharp industry insight, and comprehensive expertise, Allen Qian currently oversees the overall business of CWVS in Mainland China and Hong Kong, managing nearly 2,800 commercial and office projects and leading a team of over 27,000 employees. His client portfolio spans industries such as finance, TMT, high-end manufacturing, biopharmaceuticals, and multinational corporations, including top enterprises like Alibaba, Meituan, Kuaishou, CATL, Midea, HIKVISION, and iFlytek. He maintains a long-term focus on the green and sustainable development of commercial spaces, actively advocating and promoting "smart and low-carbon property" solutions, and emphasizes the use of digital and intelligent approaches to achieve low-carbon building operations and reshape the value of spaces.

John Lam is Managing Director and Head of Asia Property Research at UBS, covering over 50 stocks across China, Hong Kong property companies and Hong Kong conglomerate companies. John also leads Asia Property team at UBS, and published thematic research in the region including APAC data centers, the rise of private REITs in China, rental clock series in HK/China property, China property deleveraging series, China vs Japan and China vs India property comparision.  In 2025 All-Asia Extel survey, John and team was the top ranked property team, and top 3 ranked team in 2017-2024 All-Asia Institutional Investor survey. Prior to UBS, John was with Morgan Stanley in 2010-2018, where he was originally a top ranked China property analyst in 2014-2018 and a cement analyst in 2010-2014, switching to property in early 2015.

Ashley Wai is a Portfolio Manager at APG Asset Management Asia, specializing in private real estate investments across the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to APG, Ashley worked at Standard Chartered Bank in Hong Kong as part of the Greater China Commercial Real Estate team. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Cambridge.

Johnson joined Alter Domus in December 2018 and currently serves as the Head of Greater China. In this capacity, he oversees all offices in Greater China region and is instrumental in driving sustainable growth for Alter Domus' business across Greater China.

Prior to joining Alter Domus, Johnson was Vice President at Northern Trust, where he spearheaded business development initiatives within the asset owner and asset management sectors throughout North Asia region. His extensive career spans various financial institutions, including Wells Fargo Bank, Custom House Global Fund Services, Newedge Group, and HSBC. Johnson has cultivated a diverse client portfolio that encompasses central banks, sovereign wealth funds, university endowments, hedge funds, private equity firms, real estate managers, and brokerage houses.

Johnson earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Washington University in the United States and holds an MBA from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
