In 2017, Indochina Capital launched Wink Hotels, a new, vibrant hospitality brand that seeks to redefine affordable luxury in Vietnam and the region. Daring, contemporary and avant-garde, Wink Hotels was created for the dynamic new generation emerging throughout the region. Designed for young aspirational travelers, it promises an eclectic cocktail of modernity, innovation and efficiency, all underpinned by traditional Vietnamese values. As of 2024, 6 Wink Hotels are operating in Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Hai Phong, Tuy Hoa and Can Tho.
In 2022, Indochina Kajima launched Core5 Vietnam, expanding Kajima’s successful Core5 Industrial Partners brand, known for developing Grade A industrial properties featuring the latest innovations across the United States, to Vietnam.
Core5 Vietnam aims to roll out world-class factories and warehouses for lease throughout Vietnam’s key manufacturing and logistics hubs. Exceptional local know-how with global industrial development expertise drive Core5 Vietnam’s commitment to creating innovative and sustainably developed facilities, setting a new benchmark for quality in all markets it operates in. Core5 Vietnam current projects include LEED-certified ready built warehouses and factories in Hung Yen, Quang Ninh and Hai Phong, all fully leased, with 5 other projects in the pipeline.
