The Asia Pacific Real Assets Association (APREA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Martin Siah, Head of Asia Pacific Real Estate, Gaming and Leisure, Head of Southeast Asia Global Corporate and Investment Banking and Singapore Country Executive at Bank of America, as Deputy Chairman of the APREA Singapore Chapter.
Martin Siah 現任美國銀行新加坡區執行長、東南亞全球企業與投資銀行業務主管，以及亞太地產、博奕與休閒業務主管。.
在加入美國銀行之前，Martin 在渣打銀行擔任大中華及東南亞商業房地產部主管，並領導商業房地產股票及顧問專營權。在加入渣打銀行之前，Martin 在瑞銀投資銀行擔任東南亞房地產投資銀行及企業融資主管。.
Martin 是新加坡資本市場與金融諮詢服務 (CMFAS) 考試委員會的董事會成員。他擁有劍橋大學的金融哲學碩士學位。他是馬來西亞英聯邦學者 (Malaysian Commonwealth Scholar)、劍橋英聯邦信託研究員 (Cambridge Commonwealth Trust)，以及銀行與金融學院新加坡企業金融研究員 (Institute of Banking and Finance Singapore Fellow in Corporate Finance)。他被 FinanceAsia 評選為 2023 年新加坡最佳投資銀行家。.
