Given this upward trajectory, the APREA China New Economy Webinar Series explores different growth sectors in the real assets industry that have been fuelling China's economic development.

With traditional asset classes affected by cyclical changes and the COVID-19 pandemic, more investors are looking into high-growth sectors, including warehousing, logistics, high-tech industrial park, life science and healthcare, new energy, data centres, rental housing, and ESG and sustainability-related areas. The development of the pilot program of China infrastructure REITs has also provided strong support and impetus for its new economy sectors.

Mr. Geng is the CEO Mainland China of Kailong Group. He is a member of the group executive committee and leads the Group’s mainland China business including business development, investment, RMB Core Fund management and the portfolio / asset management under the core fund , as well as the development of the Group’s China new initiatives. He is one of the key founding members of the China’s first RMB core fund.

Jerry joined KaiLong in 2006 as an Assistant Vice President - Acquisition. Before assuming the role of CEO China, he was a Managing Director –investment and business development, responsible for investment, RMB fundraising and new business development.

Jerry has started his real estate investment career since 2001. Prior to joining KaiLong, he worked for Colliers International as a Senior Investment Manager. He also worked with DTZ (now merged with Cushman Wakefield) and CBRE respectively in the field of research and investment between 2001 and 2004.

陳先生曾在中國、美國、香港、新加坡和澳大利亞工作，在房地產投融資、房地產投資信託基金、PERE 基金管理和資產管理、房地產開發、規劃設計和國際業務運營方面擁有豐富而多元化的經驗。.

陳先生是F.O.G. Capital & Asset Management Corp. (Fields of Gold Corp. - 總部設於中國上海的房地產投資及資產管理公司，哈佛中國基金合作夥伴超過10年)的董事長兼首席執行官，以及越秀房地產投資信託基金(2005年全球首家在香港上市的房地產投資信託基金，主要投資於內地房地產)的獨立董事。他還曾擔任一家全球排名前十的房地產投資基金的中國發展主管，以及香港最大的上市藍籌房地產發展集團之一的高級行政人員。他還曾在美國波士頓的一家國際建築公司擔任高級建築師。美國。.

陳先生是中國頂尖商學院之一 - 長江商學院 (CKGSB) 的客座教授。他也是中國人民大學 MBA 課程的導師。他在清華大學、北京大學、上海交通大學和同濟大學教授房地產和資本市場相關課程。在美國生活期間，陳先生曾擔任 BAC（波士頓建築中心）的客座講師，教授建築設計和規劃工作室。.
