APREA任命新的分會理事會成員

Singapore – 17 September 2021. Asia Pacific Real Assets Association (APREA) is pleased to announce the following Chapter Board announcements effective immediately:

Hamish MacDonald, Managing Director, Head of Investments, BlackRock Asia Pacific Real Estate

Mr. Hamish MacDonald oversees the real estate investment teams across the region. Mr. MacDonald is responsible for leading the origination, evaluation and execution of investments, managing the business plan, advising on hold/sell and ultimate disposition. Mr. MacDonald is a member of the APAC Real Estate Investment Committee, the APAC Real Estate Management Committee and the global Real Assets Talent Committee.  Mr. MacDonald’s service with the firm dates back to 2007, including his years with MGPA, which was acquired by BlackRock in 2013. He joined MGPA’s London office where he was Head of Acquisitions – UK and in 2012, he established MGPA’s office in Sydney. Mr. MacDonald has over 20 years of experience in real estate, with over 10 years specialising in the sourcing of investment opportunities. He began his career in Sydney where he was a Development Manager at the Mirvac Group and a Commercial Advisor at Colliers International.

Jeffrey Shen, Executive Director, Co-founder & Co-CEO, ESR 

沈先生於 2016 年獲委任為董事，並於 2019 年 2 月調任為執行董事。沈先生自 2011 年 6 月起擔任本集團的聯席執行長，同時也是 e-Shang 的共同創辦人。他負責監督 ESR 的整體營運和業務發展，領導區域發展策略，並擴展 ESR 的資產和基金管理平台。沈先生在中國擁有超過 20 年的工業房地產經驗。在共同創建ESR之前，沈先生曾任普洛斯投資管理（中國）有限公司高級副總裁、普洛斯（中國）有限公司副總裁、普洛斯（中國）有限公司副總裁、普洛斯（中國）有限公司副總裁。(在共同創建本集團之前，沈先生曾任普洛斯投資管理（中國）有限公司（前普洛斯中國）高級副總裁，戴德梁行國際物業顧問公司副董事。沈先生畢業於中國上海交通大學，取得技術經濟學學士學位。沈先生亦持有中國東華大學工商管理碩士學位。. 

Sriram Khattar, Managing Director, Rental Business, DLF Group

With a prolific career spanning over 35 years, Mr. Sriram Khattar has executed leadership responsibilities in both – group corporate as well as business head positions. Currently, as the Managing Director of the Rental Business of DLF Group, he manages and is responsible for the rental portfolio for the largest real estate developer in India.  Mr. Khattar provides strategic direction and operational leadership to the overall rental portfolio of about 33 million sq. ft. office space and 4 million sq. ft. retail space across the country. He has been instrumental in creating an integrated business model, bringing together a motivated team committed to creating global benchmarks in safety, sustainability and customer centricity across the Offices and Retail Rental portfolio of DLF Group.  Mr. Khattar has held numerous senior leadership roles with reputed organizations like ITC (India and Singapore), Escorts and Ferguson Consulting. At ITC, he has held leadership positions in strategy, audit and was the business head of their Singapore entity. Mr. Khattar is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a batch topper from the Hindu College, Delhi University.

Stuart Gibson, Executive Director, Co-founder & Co-CEO, ESR 

史都華·吉布森先生於2016年獲委任為董事，並於2019年2月再次被任命為執行董事。自2016年1月起，他一直擔任集團聯席首席執行官，同時也是紅木集團的聯合創始人兼首席執行官。吉布森先生負責監督ESR的整體營運和業務發展。他在亞洲擁有超過24年的房地產開發和投資經驗，其中包括15年的日本工業地產領域經驗。吉布森先生曾任普洛斯日本公司總裁，以及AMB BlackPine的共同創辦人兼聯席執行長（該公司後併入普洛斯）。他也曾擔任AMB Property Corporation Japan諮詢委員會主席。.
