Dr Henry Chin is the Global Head of Investor Thought Leadership and Asia Pacific Head of Research at CBRE. Henry leads a global research team to identify the key forces influencing commercial real estate investors across all sectors, and collaborates closely with CBRE clients to help them understand the intricacies of property markets and make strategic investment decisions.

As Regional Managing Director and Head of CBRE’s Advisory & Transaction services business in Asia Pacific, Manish oversees a team of 2,000+ professionals across 15 cities and 80 offices in the region. Leading in a corporate real estate space with evolving dynamics and greater digital embedment, Manish deploys strategic recruiting, M&A initiatives and corporate investment as growth strategies to impact our clients and professionals.

With a growing focus on agility in real estate, Manish also serves as CBRE’s Global Head of Advisory & Transaction Services - Agile, In this role, he leads and leverages a global network of top advisory talent to present agile solutions across a wide spectrum of clients including occupiers, operators and investors. From coworking and flexible space to optimized portfolios, Manish collaborates with leaders overseeing other aspects of the company’s Agile strategy including Project Management, Host and Hana to provide enterprise-wide solutions for our clients.

In developing a global Agile real estate ecosystem, Manish is working closely with CBRE’s Digital and Technology leadership to develop digital solutions for our clients globally.

Manish has been with CBRE for over 20 years and is an integral member of the regional and global leadership communities.

Ritesh is a dynamic and high-performing real estate professional with more than two decades of corporate real estate experience with both service providers and developers. Ritesh has led teams across India and collaborated across multiple geographies and real estate markets globally, sharing his expertise and knowledge for the benefit of his occupier clients and organizations he served.

As a Senior Vice President & Head, Commercial Leasing and Asset Management, Ritesh is responsible for leasing and managing the commercial assets of TATA Realty across the country. Besides maximizing the operating performance of the company’s commercial portfolio, Ritesh is the brain behind sales/leasing innovations, strategic business development, and the profitability of the company as determined by the company's strategic goals.

Ritesh is a ‘Man Manager’ par excellence a, ‘Institutional Builder’ and a leader in the Indian real estate market who enjoys deep and strategic relationships with both fortune 500 occupiers and International Property Consulting firms across most markets in India, regionally within APAC and globally.

INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE

In previous roles, Ritesh was the Managing Director with Cushman & Wakefield running their Transaction business for India and thereafter, all business/s for South India. Ritesh was credited in nurturing and growing the transaction business over the years and tripling the top line in under 5 years.

After close to 14 years with C&W, Ritesh joined Colliers International as a Sr. Executive Director and was running their Integrated Occupier Platform for India with the intent to increase revenue, profitability and market share across all occupier business. Ritesh was also responsible to lead and grow the firms P&L across South India as a Managing Director.

Under Ritesh’s leadership, the transaction and occupier business doubled in year, key leadership roles were closed and some of the largest/most sought after occupier transactions successfully completed.

Before moving to International property consulting firms, Ritesh’s other industry experience were with DLF Limited as part of their marketing and commercial leasing teams, The Australian Trade Commission (Austrade) setting up, IndiaLink, the nerve centre/nucleus of all Indo-Australian trade and with Holzmann Videocon Engineers Limited (Indian JV of Philipp Holzmann, a global EPC giant)

Tom Spicer oversees the leasing and management of Swire Properties’ office portfolios in the Chinese Mainland. He joined Swire Properties in 2007. With 20 years of experience in real estate, Tom has worked in London, Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Shanghai and Beijing. A Chartered Surveyor, he is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

安德燊於英國接受教育，曾就讀於哈佛商學院，現為香港測量師學會及英國皇家特許測量師學會成 員。

Neil Anderson has more than 25 years’ experience in the real estate industry, and hasworked in Hong Kong for nearly two decades.

He has been a Director and Head of Office Space at Hongkong Land since 2010. Neil is responsible for all the office leasing activity within the Company’s premier Central Hong Kong Portfolio, which includes 12 buildings in the heart of the Central business district. He oversees more than 4.12 million square feet of office space, leased to some of the world’s leading financial institutions, legal and professional services firms, among others.

Neil joined the company in 2006 from London, where he worked for Nelson Bakewell, as a divisional director, and has also worked at major global real estate services firm Jones Land Lasalle (JLL). Neil started his career working for Cluttons in the UK.

Neil was educated in the UK and has attended Harvard Business School, and is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in the UK.
