Mr. Lee Chong Min is the Executive Chairman of CMIA Capital Partners Pte. Ltd. (CMIA), a Singapore-headquartered private equity firm established in 2003. Under his leadership, CMIA has managed and deployed substantial capital across China and Southeast Asia, building a diverse portfolio spanning multiple sectors. CMIA is regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and holds a Capital Markets Services License.
Mr. Lee also serves as Executive Chairman of Charming Land Pte. Ltd., an innovative real estate investment and development company leading the transformation of Ho Chi Minh City’s urban landscape as the master developer of a forthcoming large-scale satellite city.
In addition, Mr. Lee is the Non-Executive Chairman of St. Francis Methodist School (International) (SFMS), a premier international institution established in 1960 by the Methodist Church in Singapore. SFMS is widely recognized for its EduTrust-certified dedication to academic excellence and holistic student development, offering the Cambridge IGCSE, International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP), and Western Australian Certificate of Education (WACE) to students from more than 20 nationalities in a diverse, values-driven environment.
Mr. Lee also serves on the Investment Committee of the Methodist Schools' Foundation (MSF), a charitable organization dedicated to supporting the advancement of Methodist schools in Singapore, focusing on infrastructure development, resource enhancement, and student support.
He is a Board Director of The 1916 Company, a leading U.S.-based luxury watch and jewelry retailer with 20 locations nationwide. The 1916 Company is an authorized retailer for many of the world’s most prestigious brands from the Richemont Group (including A. Lange & Söhne, IWC, Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels), the LVMH Group (such as Daniel Roth, Zenith, Bulgari), and the SWATCH Group (Omega, Rado, Tissot), as well as leading independents like Rolex, Patek Philippe, H. Moser & Cie., and De Bethune. The company is a global leader in the trading of collectible luxury timepieces and is recognized as the foremost provider of Rolex Certified Pre-Owned watches worldwide.
Furthermore, Mr. Lee is a board member of Bitsmedia, a Singapore-based technology firm best known for Muslim Pro, the world’s leading Muslim-focused lifestyle app, which has surpassed 150 million downloads. Bitsmedia also develops Qalbox, a global streaming platform dedicated to Muslim culture and narratives.
Mr. Lee holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the National University of Singapore and maintains leadership and board responsibilities across various CMIA-managed funds, investment vehicles, and portfolio companies.
