This year’s Asia Pacific Real Assets Leaders’ Congress will be a hybrid event, featuring five tracks over a course of one week, including keynotes, fireside chats and panels that explore some of the key trends in alternative assets, ESG, REITs and Infrastructure Trusts, technology and capital markets that could potentially impact investment decisions as the portfolio of the future is constructed.  There will be in-person networking opportunities in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Tokyo on November 25th.

The program has been developed to give attendees a more engaging experience, featuring new content, while still including the key content that attendees come to expect from APREA:

    • The panel of global experts will review current trends, likely trend changes in the alternative assets landscape over the coming years and the key business imperatives to keep on the radar in 2022 and beyond.

      Date: 22 November 2021 (Monday)

A dozen REITs, including nine Chinese REITs (C-REITs), have listed so far this year. The greatest number of new listings in 2021 is expected to appear on the Philippine Stock Exchange in Manila, albeit new listings are also expected in Australia, Singapore and South Korea.
