Eric Ng has nearly 20 years of experience in real estate investment and financial services. He is the Chief Investment Officer of CR Longdation’s Asset Management Platform, overseeing all aspects of the firm's real estate investment and asset management business. Prior to his current role, Mr. Ng was the Director of Overseas Investment and Financing at CIFI Group, where he led a series of transactions across the retail, office, and residential sectors throughout Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, and the UK. Mr. Ng has also served as Investment and Corporate Finance Director at Country Garden and Vice President of Capital Management at China Resources Group.

Before that, he was an equity research analyst in CITIC Securities. Mr. Ng holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, is a FCPA from HKICPA in Hong Kong and also a charter holder of CFA.

Rebecca is responsible for our real estate investments in Asia and leads the Greater China real estate team based in the Hong Kong office. Rebecca joined CPP Investments in 2009 and has been instrumental in growing the Asia real estate business and building CPP Investments brand in the region.

Prior to joining CPP Investments, Rebecca has worked at Goldman Sachs Real Estate advisory team and has spent several years with other major investment banks in Hong Kong focusing on M&A and financing activities for real estate companies in Asia.

Rebecca holds a BComm in Marketing from the University of British Columbia.

Theo is an Executive Director and leads JLL’s Asia Pacific Capital Markets team in Hong Kong. Theo advises on a wide range of services including: cross border transactions, market entry strategy, investment sales, buy-side advisory, portfolio sales, joint-venture and co-investment structuring, equity raisings, debt, and structured transaction across Asia. Theo has transacted over USD7 bn in China alone.

Theo has been with JLL since 2011, originally joining the Shanghai Capital Markets team, concentrating on the China market. In 2013 Theo relocated to Singapore to join the Asia Pacific Capital Markets team in a regional capacity. In 2019 Theo relocated to Hong Kong for his current role. Prior to joining JLL, Theo spent five years at DTZ in the investment department based in Shanghai.

With over 24 years of experience in distribution management, underwriting, and insurance broking, Herbert possesses a broad skill set that encompasses client management, business procurement, and operational optimization. As the Client Distribution Leader for AXA XL Hong Kong, Herbert’s primary responsibility is to work closely with product line managers to develop innovative solutions for our clients.

Prior to joining AXA XL, Herbert held regional distribution roles at major insurance companies. He also held prominent underwriting positions, with his most recent role being Head of Financial Lines for Greater China at Chubb Insurance.

Mark Lam is the Head of Investor Relations & ESG Engagement. He is responsible for managing the Group’s relationships with stakeholders across the investment community, as well as engaging with capital market participants on their ESG requirements.

Prior to his current role, Mr Lam served as a Senior Corporate Finance Manager, where he supported the development of Group-wide strategies, including investment evaluations and board reporting. Before joining Hongkong Land, he was a Director at KPMG’s Deal Advisory practice, advising investors on cross-border transactions across the region.

Mr Lam is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of British Columbia.

Jody is a managing director in Real Estate within Goldman Sachs Asset Management. He originally joined Goldman Sachs as a vice president in the Merchant Banking Division and rejoined the firm in 2024 as a managing director. Prior to joining the firm, Jody worked at M&G Real Estate Japan in real estate investing. Earlier in his career, he was a director at AMP and at Deutsche Bank’s Strategic Investment Group, and also worked at Secured Capital Japan, which is now known as PAG.

Christine Wang has been working in the Foreign Direct Investments field since 2010. She has a great deal of experience on advising international clients to localize business for the Greater China market in terms of market entry strategy, company structure, licensing, business scope, regulatory compliance and international taxation.

With deep expertise in the private fund industry, Christine supports private equity (PE) and private equity real estate (PERE) firms across fund formation, fund accounting and administration support, financial and tax, payroll and compliance services as well as SPVs and portfolios management. She has been working with many asset management and private fund clients and provide tailor made solution to mid & back-office services for their business expansion in Greater China, Asia and beyond.

As head of the Greater China commercial team for fund solutions, Christine supports international asset management companies and private fund managers with market entry, business setup and operation, regional expansion. Her regulatory insight and operational expertise have empowered leading foreign and Greater China-based asset management companies and private fund managers to achieve strategic positioning and sustainable growth across regional and global markets.
