REIT Academy is under the umbrella of the Institute of Real Assets Development & Management in Pakistan. This academic institution was formed on June 3, 2023, at a national level event organized in Karachi with a core objective to promote REITs for the private sector as well as public-private partnerships for infrastructure projects.
