APREA任命新的分会理事会成员

Singapore – 23 November 2022. Asia Pacific Real Assets Association (APREA) is pleased to
announce the following Chapter Board appointments effective immediately:

Thomas Hill, Senior Vice President, Real Assets, Citco Fund Services (Australia) Pty Ltd

Thomas joined Citco in August 2021 and has over 17 years of experience in accounting and finance roles, leading best practice finance functions for a broad range of real asset funds management operations in Australia and the US.

Prior to joining Citco, Thomas worked at Brookfield Asset Management where he was a Director in the Australian Real Estate funds management business. Prior to Brookfield, Thomas held various senior finance positions including Financial Controller at Crestone Wealth Management Australia, and as Associate Director at New Forests’ US timberland investment management organisation.

Thomas received a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology, Sydney. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and a Certified Public Accountant (State of Illinois).

Chen Hongfei, Chairman & CEO, EBA (Beijing) Investment Management Ltd

陈先生现任光大嘉宝董事兼总裁，以及光大嘉宝控股子公司EBA（北京）投资管理有限公司董事长兼首席执行官。陈先生曾任职于北京建筑设计研究院、巴克太平洋集团（洛杉矶）、雷曼兄弟旗下资产管理公司以及铁狮门中国基金。.

陈先生在房地产投资、资产管理及资本市场领域拥有超过20年的经验。他精通中文和英文。陈先生拥有南加州大学房地产开发硕士学位和清华大学建筑学学士学位。.
