Singapore -2 November 2021. Asia Pacific Real Assets Association (APREA) is pleased to announce the following Chapter Board appointments effective immediately:

Hank Hsu, Co-Founder & CEO, Forest Logistics Properties

许汉克是森林物流地产的联合创始人兼首席执行官。他曾任新加坡主权财富基金淡马锡控股旗下工业及物流地产投资平台腾飞集团中国投资主管，拥有近20年的房地产投资和基金管理经验。加入腾飞集团之前，他曾担任中国东方峰会资本（中国）和波特曼集团（美国）的投资总监。他已完成并管理了总额近65亿美元的中国和美国物流、工业及综合用途地产投资交易。他拥有加州大学伯克利分校工商管理硕士学位和哈佛大学房地产设计硕士学位。.

Jeremy Ong, Partner, Baker McKenzie

Jeremy is a partner in Baker McKenzie’s Hong Kong office and he leads the REITs practice in Hong Kong. He has over 15 years of experience advising REITs on their formation, IPO, acquisitions, disposals, equity/debt capital raising exercises, liability management exercises, takeovers and privatizations. Jeremy has worked on almost all of Hong Kong’s largest REIT transactions, and has been recognised by Legal 500 as a “Next Generation Partner” for investment funds, as well as recommended in the area of REITs.
