The platform was established with its maiden fund, the Arnya Real Estate Fund – Debt, focused on mid-segment and affordable residential projects across India’s leading cities. Since then, Arnya has expanded its investment capabilities across equity and structured capital. Most recently, the launch of Arnya Real Estate Fund III – Preferred Equity, in partnership with Casagrand Developers, marks a further step in the evolution of its full-stack real estate investment platform.
