Mr. Geng is the CEO Mainland China of Kailong Group. He is a member of the group executive committee and leads the Group’s mainland China business including business development, investment, RMB Core Fund management and the portfolio / asset management under the core fund , as well as the development of the Group’s China new initiatives. He is one of the key founding members of the China’s first RMB core fund.

Jerry joined KaiLong in 2006 as an Assistant Vice President - Acquisition. Before assuming the role of CEO China, he was a Managing Director –investment and business development, responsible for investment, RMB fundraising and new business development.

Jerry has started his real estate investment career since 2001. Prior to joining KaiLong, he worked for Colliers International as a Senior Investment Manager. He also worked with DTZ (now merged with Cushman Wakefield) and CBRE respectively in the field of research and investment between 2001 and 2004.

陈先生曾在中国、美国、香港、新加坡和澳大利亚工作，在房地产投资和融资、房地产投资信托基金、私募股权基金管理和资产管理、房地产开发、规划和设计以及国际业务运营方面拥有广泛而多元的经验。.

陈先生是FOG资本及资产管理有限公司（即Fields of Gold Corp.，一家总部位于中国上海的专注于房地产投资及资产管理的公司，也是哈佛中国基金的合作伙伴超过十年）的董事长兼首席执行官，同时也是越秀房地产投资信托基金（2005年在香港上市，是全球首家上市房地产投资信托基金，主要投资于内地物业）的独立董事。他曾担任全球排名前十的房地产投资基金的中国区发展主管，以及香港最大的上市蓝筹房地产开发集团之一的高级管理人员。此外，他还曾在美国马萨诸塞州波士顿一家国际建筑事务所担任高级建筑师。.

陈先生是长江商学院（CKGSB）的客座教授，长江商学院是中国顶尖商学院之一。他曾担任中国人民大学MBA项目的导师。他还在清华大学、北京大学、上海交通大学和同济大学教授房地产和资本市场相关课程。在美国生活期间，陈先生曾任波士顿建筑中心（BAC）客座讲师，教授建筑设计和规划工作室课程。.
