2015年から2023年まで住友商事の子会社である住商リアルティ・マネジメントの代表取締役社長を務め、AUMを7,000億円超に拡大。SOSiLAロジスティクスリート（上場）、SCリアルティプライベートリート（私募）、セパレートアカウント（特別勘定）など、投資対象を多様化。.

それ以前は、住友商事株式会社において、住宅、商業施設、ロジスティクス部門を網羅する日米両国の包括的な不動産ポートフォリオを管理し、重要な役割を担ってきた。.

2024年から2025年4月まで日本エスコン取締役戦略事業本部長。現在はフォートレス・インベストメント・グループにてJ-REIT関連業務に従事。.

1983年京都大学工学部建築学科卒業。建築士、ARES認定マスター、APREA理事／日本支部長、RICS日本MEG共同議長（FRICS）。.

As the Director for Asset Management Business, Ms. Nakagawa supervises asset management industry in Japan and is also responsible for promoting the JFSA’s International Financial Center Initiative. Ms. Nakagawa joined the JFSA in 2000 and since then worked at various positions in the JFSA including financial markets division and market analysis office. She contributed to G20 Financial Track when Japan took on its Presidency in 2019 as the Director of the JFSA’s International Affairs Office. She was the Chair of the CPTPP Committee on Financial Services in 2021. She also worked at the Cabinet Office as a staff economist in 2004-2006.

She received her master’s degree in international relations from University of California, San Diego, and bachelor’s degree in economics from Keio University. She was a visiting fellow at Stanford University in 2012-13.

Ms. Kong is a Senior Lead Japan Analyst on AEW’s Asia Pacific real estate securities team. Based in Singapore, she focuses on analyzing listed real estate companies and real estate markets in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to joining AEW, Ms. Kong worked at Aviva Investors Asia in Singapore as a portfolio manager with responsibility for Asian real estate mandates and, previously, as an analyst with key- person responsibility for research on property companies in Japan and Singapore. Prior to Aviva, Ms. Kong served as an equities analyst for Aetos Capital Management in Hong Kong with responsibility for fundamental research on a broad spectrum of Asian real estate companies. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Tokyo and is fluent in Japanese and Mandarin. Ms. Kong also is a CFA charterholder and holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation.

田島正彦（たじままさひこ）ケネディクス不動産投資顧問株式会社　代表取締役社長
2005年ケネディクスに入社。ケネディクス不動産投資顧問にてREITのファイナンスおよびIR業務を統括。2015年ケネディクス取締役CFO企画部長に就任の後、2017年ケネディクス不動産投資顧問代表取締役社長に就任。前職では三井信託銀行の融資企画部、証券部等において証券化・流動化ビジネスの責任者を努めたのち、2000年より住友生命保険相互会社ストラクチャードファイナンス部にて証券化商品への投資を行った。金融、資本市場、資産運用の分野において25年以上のキャリアを有する。

President & CEO,　Kenedix Real Estate Fund Management, Inc.
Mr. Tajima is the President & CEO of Kenedix Real Estate Fund Management, Inc. (KFM) which manages 3 listed J-REITs and one private REIT.

After joining the Kenedix Group in 2005, Mr. Tajima was responsible for REIT financing and investor relations. He was appointed the Head of Corporate Planning Department of Kenedix, Inc. in 2012 and Director & CFO in 2015. Prior to joining Kenedix, he worked at the Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, Limited and Sumitomo Life Insurance Company, where he gained extensive securitization experience. 

Hisashi Furukawa joined Japan Hotel REIT Advisors (JHRA) in June 2014 as President & CEO. Mr. Furukawa has led the significant growth of Japan Hotel REIT Investment Corporation (JHR; TSE code 8985) managed by JHRA. JHR was selected as the Sector Leader in the Asia hotel sector by GRESB in 2020 and 2021.

Prior to joining JHRA, Mr. Furukawa was a Principal of Rockpoint Group, a U.S. real estate investment management firm for over 9 years from 2004, where he oversaw Rockpoint Group’s overall investment activities in Japan as Country Head. Mr. Furukawa was an Executive Director of UBS for 4 years from 2000, where he was Co-Head of Property Sector Team in Investment Bank Division and involved in the development of REIT market in Japan. Prior to UBS, Mr. Furukawa was an Executive Director of Morgan Stanley, where he served in various capacities for Morgan Stanley Realty and the Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds (MSREF) for 10 years from 1990, including the development of MSREF’s initial investments in Japan in the late 1990s. Mr. Furukawa spent 8 years with Sumitomo Realty and Development from 1982.

Licensed Real Estate Appraiser, MRICS, Ms. in Economics Participated in the start-up of the real estate securitization market, including JREITs, from an appraisal standpoint through the development of investment property appraisal practices and research on the real estate market. Mr. YAMASHITA also researched real estate and securitization markets in Europe, the U.S., and Japan as a special researcher at the Ministry of Finance's Policy Research Institute before the global financial crisis, when concerns about the subprime loan problem were becoming widespread. Currently, he is promoting research and studies on advanced issues such as Sustainability and ESG, Prop- Tech, and other projects on technical cooperation with overseas institutions.

He joined Global Logistic Properties Inc. (presently, GLP Japan Inc.) in 2016. After serving as the Head of Fund management in Japan, he was appointed as the President of GLP Japan Advisors Inc. in 2019.

Prior to joining GLP, he worked for Nippon Life Insurance Company where he was engaged in overseas operayions and international real estate investments. In addition to arranging syndicated loans while stationed in Hong Kong, he served as Head of Real estate investments, overseeing the portfolio of U.S. office buildings and U.S. and European private funds at a real estate investment subsidiary in New York. He was then transferred to Nissay Asset Management Corporation, an asset management arm of Nippon Life Insurance Company, where he served as Chief Portfolio Manager of the Investment Planning Department before being appointed Head of the Corporate Planning Office, where he was involved in the formulation of asset management strategies.

2018年2月よりタカラアセットマネジメント代表取締役社長に就任。1996年より不動産鑑定士として勤務。2002年、株式会社新生銀行に入行し、匿名組合出資による不動産受益権への投資業務に従事。2004年、タカラレーベン株式会社に入社。その後、東京証券取引所に開設予定のインフラファンド市場への再生可能エネルギーファンドの上場に向け、タカラアセットマネジメント株式会社に転籍。2016年6月2日、同市場への上場第1号ファンドとなる「タカラレーベン・インフラファンド投資法人」の上場を実現。.

シャイはJLLの日本資本市場 - 国際チームの共同リーダーであり、日本に投資している、または日本への投資を検討している同社の戦略的顧客および国際機関を担当しています。.

それ以前は、日本の資産運用・ファンド運用会社であるGENKAI Capital Managementで上級副社長を務め、日本、南アジア、米国の商業用不動産の資本スタック全体に投資していました。.

Shai はニューヨークの投資銀行で不動産業界でのキャリアをスタートし、そこで 1,210 億 4,400 万米ドルを超える CRE 債務および株式取引に携わりました。.

Mr. Yanagisawa joined Canadian Solar Asset Management K.K. (CSAM) in 2018 as CFO and has been in his current position since January 2022. Prior to joining CSAM, he worked as a general manager at Nippon Commercial Development Co., Ltd. (currently JINUSHI Co., Ltd) and Open House Co., Ltd. where he was in charge of finance-related activities in the real estate and asset management business. Prior to that, he worked for a total of 16 years in investment banking such as M&A advisory and capital raising mainly at SMBC Nikko Securities Inc. and Nikko Citigroup Securities Inc. He started his career at Mitsui Taiyo Kobe Bank (currently Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation).

Mr. Yanagisawa holds an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School and a B.A. majored in Pure and Applied Sciences from the University of Tokyo.

峯田勝之ビクター氏は、明治安田生命保険相互会社で17年間、AMBプロパティ（現プロロジス）日本法人で4年間代表取締役およびアドバイザリーコミッティメンバーを務め、KICアセットマネジメントで10年間、国内外の機関投資家向けに不動産投資、開発、運用の分野で30年以上の経験を積んでいます。現在はKICホールディングス株式会社および関連会社の代表取締役を務めています。また、日本物流不動産鑑定協会評議員、一般社団法人セルフストレージ証券化協会会長も務めています。.

明美は金融機関・不動産会社向けの税務コンサルティングを専門とし、様々な投資ファンドや金融商品の開発においてクライアントをサポートしてきました。J-REIT市場の黎明期から30年にわたり、ファンドマネージャーや投資家（多国籍企業、年金基金）に対し、税効果の高い市場参入、分配金設定、投資ストラクチャリングなど、インバウンド・アウトバウンド戦略に関するアドバイスを提供してきました。.

アケミは税制政策に関する議論に積極的に参加しており、政府機関や業界団体が主催するワークショップや委員会に出席するほか、アドバイスも行っています。.

PwC入所以来、金融、特に投資運用業の税務を専門とし、J-REITを含む不動産投資ファンド、プライベートエクイティ、ベンチャ―投資ファンドやヘッジファンド、資産流動化をはじめとする金融取引・不動産取引に関する税務コンサルティングに約30年取り組んでいます。 J-REITやプライベートエクイティ投資の創成期からファンド立上の税務アドバイスを行っており、インバウンド・アウトバウンド両方のクロスボーダー事件のアドバイス経験を豊富に有しております。それに加えて、日本の年金や法人投資家による海外ファンド投資や日本の投資家を対象とする海外投資ファンド組成に関わる事件に多数関与している。

主な講演には「投資ストラクチャーの税務」（第11改訂版まで）、「信託の税務」（財務会計協会）「不動産投信の実務」「基礎解説証券化の税務」（中央経済社）等があります。

Irene Rika Shimada, Executive Director, is a portfolio manager in the International Equity Group – Global Real Estate Securities team. An employee since 2005, she was previously an analyst in the RDP Equity Group covering the Japan and Developed Asia-Pacific Real Estate sectors. Prior to this, she worked in the Investment Banking division of Merrill Lynch Japan Securities. Irene holds a BSc in Government and Economics from the London School of Economics and an MSc in Real Estate Economics and Finance also from the London School of Economics. Irene is a CFA charterholder.

竹内隆太氏は、JLLの日本国内におけるキャピタルマーケットプラットフォームの責任者であり、グローバルに展開するキャピタルマーケットチームと連携し、日本の商業用不動産市場へのインバウンド投資機会の促進や、国内のキャピタルオーナーへのアウトバウンド投資に関する助言を行っています。竹内氏は三菱商事からJLLに入社し、同社グローバル不動産投資部門であるダイヤモンド・リアリティ・マネジメント株式会社の社長兼CEOを務めていました。三菱商事では、2021年から2023年にかけて、私募不動産投資信託（REIT）および私募ファンドを通じて、日本およびその他のグローバル市場で1兆4,800億米ドルを超える運用資産を統括しました。竹内氏は1996年に三菱商事に入社し、都市開発グループの経営企画室長、欧州のMCアセットマネジメントのマネージングディレクター兼CEOなど、様々な要職を歴任しました。また、UBSとの合弁私募ファンド事業であるUBS三菱商事のジェネラルパートナーであるUBS-PREMF Limitedの共同CEOも務めました。.

Daisuke Kitta is the Head of Blackstone Japan, Head of Real Estate Japan and is a Senior Managing Director at Blackstone based in Tokyo. Since joining Blackstone in 2008, Mr. Kitta has been involved in analyzing various real estate investment opportunities in Japan. Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Kitta worked at Deutsche Bank, where he was responsible for originating and executing real estate transactions in Japan. Mr. Kitta received a degree in Economics from Nihon University and also graduated with a B.S. from the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University.
