Mr. Jiang Nan is mainly engaged in investment in real estate and REITs business.

He has completed investments in real estate projects with a total area of over 3 million square meters, with more than ten successful project exits that delivered favorable returns to investors. Mr. Jiang possesses extensive experience in investing in real estate, including logistics warehouses, affordable rental housing, retail properties, etc.

Meanwhile, he also has extensive experience in operating REITs products, includes landmark REITs projects such as Yantian Port Warehouse Logistics REIT (one of the first batch of public REITs in China) and CITIC Qihang REIT (the first quasi-REITs product in China).

Mr. Yan Yinzhi is currently Executive Director of Dajia Investment Holding. Dajia Investment Holding serves as the alternative investment platform under Dajia Insurance. With deep expertise in the real estate sector, Mr. Yan has long been engaged in real estate investment. He has previously worked at Mapletree Investments (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Temasek) and Hony Capital (the PE platform under Legend Holdings). He is well-versed in the fundraising, investment, management, and exit of real estate-related investments, with extensive experience in USD funds, RMB funds, family offices, and insurance investments.

Mr. Li is a seasoned expert with comprehensive experience in REITs, asset securitization, investment management, and tax planning. Over the past decade, he has played an instrumental role in pioneering China's real estate financial innovations, including early-stage quasi-REIT asset securitization, public C-REITs, and alternative investment strategies.

Currently serving as Director of Board, Deputy General Manager, Managing Director, and Chairman of REITs Investment Committee at CICC Fund Management Ltd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of China International Capital Corporation, CICC), Mr. Li leads the firm's C-REITs business, marketing initiatives and product development of investment portfolios. Under his stewardship, CICC Fund Management has solidified its position as China's premier public REITs manager, overseeing REITs assets exceeding RMB 30 billion. The company has been at the forefront of China's REITs market evolution, actively participating in landmark industry milestones such as the first public REITs IPOs and subsequent seasoned equity offerings (SEOs).

Mr. Li holds multiple globally recognized professional credentials including the Chartered Financial Analyst （CFA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) certifications. He completed his academic foundation at Renmin University of China (RUC), School of Finance, earning both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Economics, before advancing his executive education through the EMBA program at Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business (CKGSB).

With deep expertise in real estate investment, public funds, and industry-focused finance, Mr. Song currently serves as the Assistant General Manager of AVIC Fund Management and the General Manager of its Real Estate Investment Department. He is also recognized as an industry-focused finance expert at AVIC Capital and a designated specialist in the public fund investment track at AVIC Securities.

Mr. Song is an Executive Council Member of the International Finance & Real Estate Federation (IFFRE) and a contributing author to the second edition of The China REITs Operation Manual (CITIC Publishing Group), a key reference in China's REITs market.

Mr. Zhang joined China AMC in 2022. He is currently serving as senior vice president in C-REITs department, and fund manager of China AMC-Shenzhen International Logistics REIT. Prior to China AMC, Mr. Zhang worked for Taikang AMC as director of real estate investment

Mr. Zhang has 13 years of real estate investment and management experience, he has in-depth understanding of logistics warehousing and public rental housing.

Ms. Sunny Zhang is assigned as the Board Member of RICS Asia Education Standards Board and RICS China Board, as well as an experiential RICS Assessor and the Media Spokesperson of RICS China. And also invited by China Beijing Equity Exchange (CBEX) as the Expert. Meanwhile she is the Chair of Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) China Research Committee as well as the Director of BOMA China. Sunny is Standing Director of International Federation of Finance & Real Estate (IFFRE) and Vice Chair of IFFRE Asset Securitization and REITs Professional Committee. She is also invited to join CCIM China Portfolio Review Committee and ICSC China Awards Jury.

She is the MBA Project Professor, MBA Business Mentor and MBA Assessor assigned by Business School of Renmin University of China as well as the Director of FICC Alumni Club of Peking University. She is also off-campus Tutor invited by the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen and MPAcc Programme of International Business School of University of International Business and Economics. She is also invited to be Chief Spokesperson by Institute of China Commercial Development of Overseas Education College of Shanghai Jiaotong University, Member of The Hong Kong Real Property Federation, Special Adviser for United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS). Sunny was the Executive Director of CITIC Capital Real Estate Group, the Chair of RICS China Commercial Property Professional Committee, the General Manager of Global Property Investment Department at Listed Developer, the GM of INSITE Corporate Research Center and Vice President of Asset Investment Group, the Head of Research and Director of Cushman & Wakefield China. She worked at Invest Hong Kong of the Government of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the PRC.

Vivian joined Alter Domus in 2016 and is the Head of Operations Mainland China. She oversees the overall operations of Mainland China. She was previously the Head of Fund service of Alter Domus China.

Vivian has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry in Canada and in the China and Asia Pacific market. Prior to joining Alter Domus, Vivian worked as a senior analyst in the investment division of Great-West Life assurance company, a top Canadian insurance company. Previous to her role at Great-West Life, Vivian worked as a Fund Accountant at Investor Group in Canada. Vivian has diverse experience on different types of funds including hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds, and real estate funds. She has expertise across onshore and offshore fund and investment structures.

 Vivian graduated from University of Manitoba in Canada in 2007 with a bachelor degree majoring in finance. She is also a CFA Charter holder.

Alan Li is the President of CBRE China. Alan is responsible for driving and growing the business in the regional markets. Through collaborative and integrated programs in line with global strategy, he leads the regional teams to deliver exceptional outcomes. Alan plays a central role in implementing CBRE’s localization strategy and many of the company’s most successful investments and initiatives in the region. He takes the lead in actively interacting and maintaining key client accounts, expanding and maintaining important relationships with local government and business partners to support CBRE’s business growth in China.;

Clare is the Managing Director, Greater China, for IQ-EQ, a global operation specialist that provides investor solutions as well as middle and back-office support to fund managers, asset owners and corporations.

Clare began her career in funds with The Carlyle Group in Washington DC and was responsible for fund operation, investment structuring, internal procedure and investor relations for all European Buyout and Venture funds.  After relocating to Hong Kong, she took on the Head of Middle Office role at CDIB Capital, the private equity asset management arm of China Development Industrial Bank.  After CDIB, she also gained vast experience in operations, business development, strategic planning and management on the sell side.

Prior to joining IQ-EQ, Clare was an Executive Director for Fosun Group’s real estate arm, where she held various responsibilities over time, including fund management, acquisition, divestment, capital structuring, fundraising and investor relations.  After

Fosun, Clare moved from Shanghai to Hong Kong and looked after fundraising activities and investor relations as an Executive Director and Head of Capital Markets for special situation strategies for COS Capital, China Orient Asset Management’s real estate private equity fund manager.

Clare holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentration in Finance and Accounting, cum laude, from Georgetown University and a Master of Science in Finance from George Washington University.  She was also an exchange scholar focusing on International Finance and International Marketing at University of Oxford.

Having worked in China, the US, and Canada over the past decade, Mr. Zhang has extensive experience in datacenter, commercial real estate, and renewable energy across acquisition, financing, and fund management.

Currently leading strategic investments at GDS Holdings, Mr. Zhang has initiated and executed many data center acquisitions in Tier-one markets. He is also a pioneer in data center fund management. Previously a key founding member in establishing Brookfield Asset Management's presence in China by successfully building strategic partnerships with Chinese institutional investors and executing cross-border transactions.

Mr. Zhang graduated from Duke University with a master's degree in financial economics. He is a practitioner of value investing and a runner.

Hank Hsu is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Forest Logistics Properties.  Formerly the Head of China Investments at Ascendas-Singbridge, an industrial and logistics real estate investment platform under Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund, Temasek Holdings, Hank has close to 20 years of experience in real estate investment and fund management. Prior to Ascendas-Singbridge, he served as Investment Director at China Orient Summit Capital (China) and Portman Group (US). He has completed and managed investment transactions totalling nearly USD 6.5 billion in logistics, industrial and mixed-use properties in China and the US. He holds an MBA degree from University of California, Berkeley, and a MDes (Real Estate) from Harvard University.

Mr. Chen has over 20 years of extensive experience in asset management, advisory and brokerage.

In 2017, Mr. Chen founded Square Capital, headquartered in Beijing, with branches in Hong Kong and Shanghai. The company focuses on investment and consulting services in the fields of digital infrastructure (data centers), energy technology, data services, and real estate. With its deep industrial knowledge, academic background, and rich practical experience, the company has established a strong reputation and market influence.

Before founding Square Capital, Mr. Chen worked for Blackstone as Managing Director, based in Beijing, overseeing institutional investor business across China. Earlier, he held multiple senior roles in Invesco, AIG Investment and BOSERA Funds, where he was responsible for institutional investor business development. Mr. Chen began his career in Business Development at Cisco Systems.

Mr. Chen graduated from the Department of Electrical Engineering and Applied Electronics at Tsinghua University, holding a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Automation, a Master's degree in Business Administration from Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management, and an EMBA from PBC School of Finance. He also holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) license.

Mr. Wang is a globally recognized innovator in data center infrastructure with 20+ years of technical expertise. As former Chief Architect at HP and Schneider, he founded DCS in 2012, growing it into an industry leader with Tencent‘s strategic investment.

His landmark achievements include: acquiring IBM’s China data center engineering division (2016); developing China‘s first fully prefabricated modular data center (2023) using revolutionary Lego-like assembly; and securing 200+ patents in green solutions. Currently overseeing DCS’ Southeast Asian expansion including Malaysia‘s Johor hyperscale DC;

Mr. Wang is certified as National Class-1 Registered Constructor while driving global growth. His subsidiary Blue Buddy has ranked #1 in China's DC engineering for four consecutive years.

Catherine is a partner of Commerce & Finance Law Office. She has extensive experience in handling large-scale and complex cross-border M&A and private equity transactions for top-tier private equity firms and leading multinational corporations.

Catherine has extensive experience advising on cross-border new infrastructure transactions at both corporate and asset levels, including the establishment of joint venture investment platforms, equity financing by new infrastructure operators, as well as the acquisition, development, leasing and disposal of assets and properties. The types of assets involved in these transactions include warehouses and cold chain logistics assets, internet data centers, life science and other new economy industrial parks, rental apartments, hotels and other mixed-used commercial complexes, as well as renewable energy related assets.  Catherine has served as the leading counsel for a number of complicated cross-border M&A transactions in China’s new infrastructure sector (i.e., warehouses and cold chain logistics assets, internet data centers, industrial parks and renewable energy projects) by leading financial investors, and was instrumental in their structuring, negotiation and implementation. 

Jeffrey is responsible for the group's overall growth, investment, asset and portfolio management. He has over 18 years of real estate and platform investment and management experience across asset classes at institutions such as Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing and Warburg Pincus. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Randolph Zhao (Shanghai) joined KKR in 2018 as a member of the Asia Real Estate Team. Prior to KKR, Mr. Zhao was with Hony Capital based in Beijing, responsible for real estate investments in Greater China on behalf of Hony's RMB real estate funds. Prior to that, he was with AEW Capital Management based in Hong Kong and was responsible for real estate acquisitions in Asia-Pacific, with a primary focus on Greater China. Mr. Zhao started his career in Asia real estate investing with PGIM Real Estate in Beijing. Mr. Zhao holds a M.P.S in Real Estate from Cornell University and a B.S. in Business from the University of Minnesota.

Garcia is an audit partner based in Shanghai, specialized in providing professional services to real estate investment and management companies in the Asia Pacific area. He has over 20 years of strong industry experience in serving real estate investment and management clients through audits and other exit related services (REITs and Pre-REITs). During 2009 to 2011, Garcia worked in EY Manchester (UK) serving a number of London listed clients.

Garcia is the Lead Audit Partner of ESR group with strong cross-culture multi-countries coordination and mutual support experience. He is also providing audit services to a number of real estate funds including Warburg Pincus, Goldman Sachs, Apollo, Hillhouse, KKR, Carlyle, Keppel and GIC Realty.

Garcia graduated from Shanghai International Studies University with Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and got his Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Manchester (UK).

Garcia was awarded the ‘Outstanding Public Accountant ’ in 2019 by the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accounants (CICPA). He is a member of CICPA and Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountant (HKICPA). He is also a fellow of the Association of International Accountants (AIA) and a member of the Institute of Certified Internal Auditors (CIA).
