Mr. Geng is the CEO Mainland China of Kailong Group. He is a member of the group executive committee and leads the Group’s mainland China business including business development, investment, RMB Core Fund management and the portfolio / asset management under the core fund , as well as the development of the Group’s China new initiatives. He is one of the key founding members of the China’s first RMB core fund.

Jerry joined KaiLong in 2006 as an Assistant Vice President - Acquisition. Before assuming the role of CEO China, he was a Managing Director –investment and business development, responsible for investment, RMB fundraising and new business development.

Jerry has started his real estate investment career since 2001. Prior to joining KaiLong, he worked for Colliers International as a Senior Investment Manager. He also worked with DTZ (now merged with Cushman Wakefield) and CBRE respectively in the field of research and investment between 2001 and 2004.

陳氏は、FOG Capital & Asset Management Corp.（Fields of Gold Corp. - 中国上海に本社を置く不動産投資・資産運用会社で、ハーバード・チャイナ・ファンドのパートナーとして10年以上活動）の会長兼最高経営責任者であり、Yuexiu REITs（2005年に香港で世界初の上場REITとして主に中国本土の不動産に投資）の独立取締役です。また、世界トップ10にランクインする不動産投資ファンドの中国開発責任者、香港最大級の上場優良不動産開発グループのシニアエグゼクティブを務めています。さらに、米国マサチューセッツ州ボストンの国際建築事務所で主任建築家として勤務した経験もあります。.

中国トップクラスのビジネススクールである長江商学院（CKGSB）の客員教授。また、中国人民大学MBAプログラムのメンターでもある。清華大学、北京大学、上海交通大学、同済大学にて不動産および資本市場関連の講義を担当。米国在住時には、BAC（ボストン建築センター）の客員講師として、建築デザインとプランニング・スタジオを指導。.
