Cushman & Wakefield Vanke Service (hereafter calls it as CWVS) is a joint venture firm established in Jan. 2020, which is a combination between Onewo (previously called as Vanke Service) and Cushman & Wakefield in Greater China region. CWVS is a commercial property and facility management service provider with international influence of Cushman & Wakefield and local reputation of Onewo. They focus on solutions for life-cycle management services for commercial enterprise space, including Property Management (PM), Integrated Facility Management (IFM), Energy Management Service, and various value-added services.
