APREA以前は、2010年から2018年までクッシュマン・アンド・ウェイクフィールド（C&W）のアジア太平洋リサーチ＆アドバイザリーサービス担当マネージング・ディレクターとして、リサーチ、ソートリーダーシップ、戦略策定、顧客管理を担当。 シンガポールに拠点を移す前は、ワシントンD.C.に拠点を置き、C&Wの米国中部大西洋地域のリサーチグループを率いて、ワシントンDC、バージニア州、メリーランド州郊外、ボルチモア、フィラデルフィア地域の市場調査活動全般を監督した。C&W入社以前は、全米不動産協会（NAR）のシニアエコノミストを務めた。同職では、NARのオフィス、倉庫、小売、集合住宅、国際調査プログラムを開発した。.

世界経済、公共政策、不動産問題の専門家として知られるシグリッドは、業界のイベントで頻繁に講演を行っている。 また、商業用および住宅用不動産市場に関する彼女の解説は、ウォール・ストリート・ジャーナル、フィナンシャル・タイムズ、ブルームバーグ、ニューヨーク・タイムズ、ロイターなど、さまざまな世界的出版物に定期的に掲載されている。さらに、CNBC、ブルームバーグ、CNN、ナショナル・パブリック・ラジオ、チャンネル・ニュース・アジアなどの金融ネットワークやラジオに何度かテレビ出演している。.

Kate Bromley is General Manager Responsible investment at QIC, an investment manager specialising in diversified alternatives and liquid markets. Kate leads and implements the development of QIC’s ESG strategy and works with QIC’s investment teams to integrate ESG into investment decision making and to develop an approach to material ESG issues. Kate chairs the Investor Group on Climate Change’s Climate Adaptation Working Group and is a member on a Technical Working Group for the Australian Sustainable Finance Initiative, a collaborative cross-sectoral initiative tasked with delivering a Sustainable Finance Roadmap for Australia. Previously, Kate worked at QSuper where she led the development of the fund’s ESG program.

Sarah leads the Mirvac sustainability strategy, This Changes Everything, and is the Deputy Chair of government agencies, Cladding Safety Victoria and Sustainability Victoria. She has deep public affairs and sustainability experience across multiple sectors and industries, including property, oil and gas, public transport, and social policy.   

Sarah received a Master of Arts (Professional & Applied Ethics) from the University of Melbourne, is a graduate of the McKinsey Executive Leadership program, the Prince of Wales Business & Sustainability Leadership program from the University of Cambridge, and holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons, English) from James Cook.

Ma. Victoria A. Tan, mostly known as “Vickie” by her peers, heads the Enterprise Risk Management and Sustainability Unit of Ayala Corporation, one of the largest and time-honoured conglomerates in the Philippines with leadership status in various industries.

Vickie implements group-wide policies and programs that are designed to increase the awareness on and strengthen the commitment to risk management and sustainability.  She leads the integration of the two fields in Ayala while also handling the group insurance optimization program. Moreover, she has set milestones for conducting the annual Ayala Integrated Summit and driving the Integrated Reporting efforts across the business units.

Vickie is a multi-awarded leader on both the fields of Risk Management and Sustainability and, most notably, she has been named in 2019 as one of Eco-Business’ A-List of most influential corporate sustainability leaders in the Asia Pacific, as well as one of Asia’s Top Sustainability Superwomen by CSR Works. In 2018, she received the Asia Pacific’s Risk Manager and Risk Management Team of the year by the Strategic Risk. Her pioneering efforts also helped the Ayala Group to be recognized as the Top CSR Advocates in Asia by ACES Awards, and as Asia Pacific’s Best Enterprise Risk Programme, both in 2017.

A woman who is always on-the-go at work, Vickie ensures that she finds time to hone her love for cooking and vegetable and herbs gardening.
