Sigrid is the Chief Executive Officer of Asia Pacific Real Assets Association (APREA). Based in Singapore, she is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, initiatives and operations of the association across Asia Pacific. Under her leadership, APREA repositioned to an industry trade group focusing on real estate and infrastructure.
Sigrid joined APREA’s executive team in January 2019.
Prior to APREA, she served as Managing Director of Asia Pacific Research and Advisory Services of Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) from 2010 through 2018, where she was responsible for research, thought leadership, strategy formulation and client management. Before relocating to Singapore, she was based in Washington, D.C. and led C&W’s U.S. research group in the Mid-Atlantic region, overseeing all aspects of market research activities in the Washington, DC; Virginia; Suburban Maryland, Baltimore; and Philadelphia areas. Prior to joining C&W, Sigrid served as a Senior Economist for the National Association of Realtors (NAR). In that position, she developed NAR’s office, warehouse, retail, multi-family housing, and international research programs.
A recognized expert in global economic, public policy and real estate issues, Sigrid is a frequent speaker at industry events. Her commentary on commercial and residential real estate markets is also regularly featured in a wide array of global publications, including the Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, Bloomberg, New York Times and Reuters. Additionally, she has made several television appearances on financial networks and radio such as CNBC, Bloomberg, CNN, National Public Radio and Channel News Asia.
Sigrid holds a Master of Business Administration from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management and a Master’s degree in Economics from Pennsylvania State University. She is a member of several civic groups including the Rotary Club of Raffles City in Singapore, where she has served in various leadership positions, and serves in the Executive Committee of the Crohn’s & Colitis Society of Singapore.

Cedrik is Green Street’s Director of Research, leading a global roster of over 80 real assets expert analysts, and is a member of the executive leadership team. Under Cedrik’s guidance, Green Street provides actionable capital allocation intelligence to public and private global real assets investors. The team distinguishes itself through strategic insights, a deep data science function, investment perspective on virtually all property sectors along with numerous infrastructure sectors, and within more than 400 private real estate markets. The team offers a deep public-private perspective based on covering more than 190 public real estate and infrastructure companies in about 15 countries.
During his 22-year career at Green Street, Cedrik has previously led the global REIT research team, been sector head of the U.S. retail, office, industrial and net lease sectors, was the first publishing analyst in Europe, covered companies in Canada and Australia, and managed the global Quantitative Analytics team. His breadth of experience is integral to Green Street’s success in providing ground-breaking research and analytics on all aspects of the public and private property markets as well as its growing presence in infrastructure research.
Frequently quoted in major financial media and a sought-after speaker at leading industry events, Cedrik is a past winner of the Wall Street Journal’s “Best on the Street” award in real estate, and an active member of numerous real estate organizations. Cedrik earned an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, holds a master’s degree in International Relations from the University of Toronto, and a B.A. in History from Université Laval in Quebec.

Hugh Andrew is the Chief Executive Office of the Bagmane Prime Office REIT. The portfolio comprises approximately 20M sf of Grade A Office across 6 Business Parks in Bengalaru, India. The REIT has 47M sf of ROFO Pipeline in Bengalaru, Chennai and Delhi.
Prior to his move to India Hugh was Executive Vice Chairman and Exec. Director of ECO BUILD MMC SDN. BHD. which specialises in the design, development and project management of multi-function modular solutions. ECO BUILD services many industry sectors including Mining, Oil and Gas, Construction workers accommodation, low cost housing and hospitality.
Hugh was previously the Head of Asset Management at BlackRock in Singapore responsible for the asset management, leasing and marketing, and property management of the BlackRock's Asia Property Fund portfolios. Hugh’s service with BlackRock dates back to 2010, including his years with MGPA, which was acquired by BlackRock in 2013.
Prior to joining MGPA, he was the Chief Representative for Hongkong Land in India and before that held a number of senior positions in Hong Kong both in the Asset and Property Management Divisions of Hongkong Land. He has also worked as a service provider in Hong Kong with Vigers and First Pacific Davies and in London with Healey & Baker. Hugh has been an active member of Corenet Global and has held positions on the Asia Regional Council and the Global Board.
Hugh was educated at The Duke of York's Royal Military Academy, Kent, United Kingdom. He is an Emeritus Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and holds an Executive Diploma in Corporate Governance from INSEAD.

Prior to joining DNE, Mr. Chen was Senior Vice President at GIC’s Greater China Office and spent close to 9 years responsible for investment and asset management of various real estate asset classes, including residential, commercial, industrial and other new economy sectors. Before GIC, Mr. Chen worked at the real estate division of J.P. Morgan Asset Management and the department of commercial real estate at Standard Chartered Bank in both Hong Kong and Shanghai.
Holds a Bachelor degree in Economics from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and an MBA degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is also a CFA charterholder.

Daniel Feldmann joined Hazelview Investmeants (formerly Timbercreek Equities Corp) in February 2012 as Analyst, Global Real Estate Securities. Daniel is based in the Hong Kong office and in his current role is responsible for co-managing Hazelview’s global real estate securities strategies, the financial analyses, valuation and investment recommendation of global real estate sectors and securities.
Daniel has over 12 years of experience in finance, accounting and capital markets and has worked in the public real estate investment market since 2010. Daniel was responsible for Hazelview’s European real estate securities coverage in the Zurich office before transferring to Hong Kong in June 2016 to establish the company's local Asian presence. Prior to joining Hazelview, Daniel was an Analyst of global real estate securities at 4IP Management AG, an Analyst of global real estate securities at Sal. Oppenheim jr. & Cie. Corporate Finance (Switzerland) AG and a Funds Analyst at UBS AG.

Mr. Masayuki Ozaki is the Chief Financial Officer of the Manager of NTT DC REIT.
Mr. Ozaki brings close to two decades of experience in real estate investments, particularly in public equities real estate investments in APAC at firms like APG, Heitman, and Fidelity (FMR), most recently serving as a Principal at Blackstone Japan, overseeing fundraising and investor relations for Japanese investors, from October 2022 to July 2024.
Prior to that, between July 2018 and September 2022, he was the Senior Portfolio Manager at APG Asset Management Asia and was involved in equity research and portfolio management of public real estate securities across Asia Pacific. From July 2017 to July 2018, he was the Vice President and Senior Analyst of Asia Pacific real estate securities at Heitman International Real Estate Securities. He was also an Equity Analyst at Fidelity Management & Research (Japan) from September 2013 to December 2016 and Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers from July 2006 to August 2013, covering the public real estate securities portfolio in Japan, Singapore and Australia.
Mr. Ozaki started his career in the financial services departments of Citibank, N.A., Bank of America, N.A., and Morgan Stanley Japan where he, respectively, developed and managed investment products, provided financial and valuation analysis for merger and acquisition and asset securitisation deals, and provided credit analysis of commercial mortgage-backed security loans and managed counter party risks for Japanese financial institutions.
Mr. Ozaki holds a Bachelor of Laws from Keio University and a Master of Management in Hospitality and a Master of Business Administration from Cornell University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Dominique Moerenhout is the CEO of EPRA (European Public Real Estate Association), the voice of the publicly traded European real estate sector. He has been active in the Pan-European real estate investment management sector for over 25 years. Dominique joined EPRA in 2017, moving from BNP Paribas REIM where he held the CEO position for the BeNeLux and Pan-European Real Estate Funds. He started his career in 1997 as a Portfolio Manager followed by five years as an investment management consultant for KPMG Consulting. He then was appointed COO at Fortis Private Real Estate from 2004 until 2011 before becoming the COO of BNP Paribas Real Estate UK in 2011-2014. He holds an MBA from ICHEC Brussels and a CFA from the Belgian Association of Financial Analysts.

John Worth is the executive vice president, research and investor outreach at Nareit. Prior to joining Nareit, Worth was the chief economist of the National Credit Union Administration from 2010 to 2015. Prior to joining NCUA, he spent nearly a decade at the U.S. Treasury where he served as the director of the Office of Microeconomic Analysis. Worth has also worked as a consultant for Welch Consulting and the RAND Corporation. He holds a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Southern California.

Kemmu Kawai joined Longevity Partners Japan in September 2022 as the Country Director. Based in Tokyo, he oversees all operations and activities in Japan, the Asia-Pacific region and beyond. He brings him more than 16 years of experience in finance where he specialised in real estate and credit investments. Before joining Longevity Partners, he served as a Portfolio Manager at Norinchukin Bank and as Investment Manager at Center Point Development.
