Conferred the 2018 SDG Pioneer for Green Infrastructure and A Low Carbon Economy by the UN Global Compact, and named amongst 25 Trailblazing Women against Climate Change by Reuters in 2023 as well as the inaugural TIME100 Climate Leaders in Business 2023 list, Esther sits on the boards or advisory platforms of international organizations including:

Corrado Forcellati is the Senior Director of ESG Consulting & Sustainability Services for Asia Pacific. He oversees Singapore’s ESG and Sustainability Services, which encompass Corporate and Regulatory Reporting, Sustainable Finance and Auditing, Training & Social Value Programs, Decarbonization & Certification, and WELL & Circular Economy APAC. Corrado is also a member of the Singapore Executive Committee.
A solutions-centric and client-focused business leader, Corrado represents Paia FROM CBRE in securing partnerships and collaborations to enhance our sustainability services. He brings industry expertise and is frequently invited to serve as a judge and advisor for sustainability and climate- related awards and start-ups. Corrado specializes in materiality assessment, stakeholder engagement, and ESG strategy work. He has trained bankers, asset managers, and corporates on various sustainability topics, delivering programs on sustainable finance, sustainability reporting, and carbon management.

Mr. Garrood is portfolio manager for Asia-Pacific and global real estate securities portfolios and has security coverage responsibility for Australia and New Zealand. He has 14 years of investment experience. Prior to joining the firm in 2012, Mr. Garrood was with UBS, most recently as a real estate securities analyst for UBS Global Asset Management, and previously as an associate director in the real estate group of UBS Investment Bank. Mr. Garrood is based in Hong Kong.

Peng Er is Vice President for Group Sustainability at CapitaLand Investment (CLI), a leading global real estate manager with a strong Asia foothold. Its diversified real estate asset classes cover retail, office, lodging, business parks, industrial, logistics, self-storage and data centres. Her work experience includes sustainability management, disclosure and assurance, environment, health and safety management, corporate marketing, media and event management, policy formulation and market development. She has been a panelist and speaker at various sustainability related events, speaking on topics ranging from the business case of sustainability, greening existing buildings, climate scenario analysis, external assurance gender diversity and parity, to social returns on investments.
She works closely with the business units and corporate teams in CapitaLand Investment to implement the CapitaLand Investment 2030 Sustainability Master Plan, which includes targets validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi).
She spearheads the publication of CLI’s externally assured Global Sustainability Report, providing transparency to CLI’s environmental, social and governance (ESG) strategy and performance. She also CLI’s performance is regularly benchmarked against international standards and frameworks, such as ISSB, TCFD, GRI, UNGC, SDG, etc.
Peng Er is a member of the REITAS Sustainability Taskforce and Singapore Sustainable Finance Association (SSFA) Transition Finance Workstream. She was previously a member of the SBTi Expert Advisory Group for Buildings, GRESB Asian Benchmark Committee, an elected board member of the Singapore Green Building Council (2010-2021) and the Workplace Safety and Health Council’s Construction & Landscape Committee.

From 2015 to 2023, he served as the President & CEO of Sumisho Realty Management, a subsidiary of Sumitomo Corporation, and expanded its AUM to over ¥700 billion. He diversified the firm's investments in structures such as SOSiLA Logistic REIT(publicly-traded) and SC Realty Private REIT(privately-placed) alongside a broad spectrum of separate accounts.
Earlier, at Sumitomo Corporation, he held pivotal roles and managed a comprehensive real estate portfolio in both Japan and the US, encompassing residential, commercial, and logistics sectors.
From 2024 to April 2025, he served as Director and Head of Strategic Business Division at ES-CON Japan. He is currently with Fortress Investment Group, where he is engaged in J-REIT related operations.
He graduated from Kyoto University in 1983 with a bachelor’s degree in architecture. Also, he is a licensed architect in Japan, an esteemed ARES Certified Master, APREA Board Member/Japan Chapter Chairperson and RICS Japan, MEG Co-chairperson (FRICS).

Josephine Yip is Vice-President, Investments & Asset Management at Ivanhoé Cambridge, a real estate subsidiary of Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec. She is responsible for designing and executing investment and asset-management strategies in the Asia-Pacific region. She has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry covering investments, asset management and portfolio management across varied sectors and countries in Asia-Pacific.
Before joining Ivanhoé Cambridge, she was SVP, Portfolio Management at Alpha Investment Partners where she led portfolio management and capital raising activities. She was also formerly VP, Investment Management at GIC, covering Australia, South-east Asia, India and Korea over a 12-year stint. She has a wide-ranging and versatile investment track record and is well-versed in portfolio deals.

As the Head of ESG in UEM Edgenta Berhad, Sharifah directs and manages the organisation’s approach to sustainability matters from regulatory compliance to building a solid sustainability culture in Edgenta. She was instrumental in producing a 2-year sustainability roadmap for Edgenta and the creation of an ESG team in Edgenta.
Sharifah trained as an investment banker and has worked at investment banks in Malaysia and the Middle East specialising in the areas of debt capital markets and Islamic finance. During her time at Maybank Investment Bank between 2003 and 2006, she advised the Government of Malaysia in structuring the country’s landmark Residential Mortgage Backed Securitisation (RMBS) transaction. Sharifah also successfully led a team of global advisors in executing the Kingdom of Bahrain’s inaugural RMBS transaction in 2008. Sharifah is passionate about coaching and nurturing talent. She mentors professionals and also reskills both men and women who are on career breaks to enable them to return to the workspace or become entrepreneurs. Sharifah is a Chevening Scholar Alumni.

Vinamra brings more than 20 years of global experience across sustainability & climate change, sustainable investments, M&A, private equity, corporate strategy, investments & asset management, operations & transformation, management consulting, real estate and infrastructure. He is currently a Partner at ERM based in Singapore and leads Sustainable Investment for Asia. His focus includes leading infrastructure investment support for funds, M&A due-diligence & post-merger sustainability advisory for private equity and corporates, sustainability-linked value creation in PE portfolios, sustainable finance transactions, and corporate sustainability & climate change strategy for large corporates.
Prior to this, Vinamra served as the Chief Sustainability & Sustainable Investments Officer of CapitaLand Investments and a member of its Senior Leadership Council. He also led private equity infrastructure funds and investments in renewable energy and energy transition projects. He spent over a decade at CLI in various leadership roles including CEO of India Business Parks and Head of Group Corporate Strategy. Vinamra is an ex-management consultant at firms like Roland Berger, Arthur D Little and BCG, and holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
