Ms Christina Hau is the Chief Executive Officer of Champion Real Estate Investment Trust, overseeing its strategic development, asset management, asset enhancement and investment opportunities. Ms Hau is a Registered Architect in Hong Kong with over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, covering design, planning, project management and asset management of renowned world-class commercial complexes. Prior to joining the REIT Manager, Ms Hau worked at Hong Kong’s leading real estate listed companies overseeing key investment properties in Mainland China. Ms Hau graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong with degrees in Master of Architecture and Bachelor of Social Sciences (Hons). She is a member of Hong Kong Institute of Architects and Vice- Chairman of Commercial Properties Research Association under China Real Estate Chamber of Commerce.

Having worked in China, the U.S., Hong Kong, Singapore, and Australia, Mr. Chen has vast and diverse experiences in real estate investment and financing, REITs, PERE fund management and asset management, real estate development, planning & design, and international business operations.
Mr. Chen is the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of F.O.G. Capital & Asset Management Corp. (Fields of Gold Corp. - a real estate focused investment & asset management firm headquartered in Shanghai, China, and a Harvard China Fund partner for over 10 years) and the independent director of Yuexiu REITs (the World's first publicly listed REITs in Hong Kong in 2005 investing mainly in mainland properties). He also has been serving as the Development Head of China for a Top-10 Globally ranked real estate investment fund and as senior executive of one of the largest listed blue-chip real estate development groups in Hong Kong. He has also worked as senior architect in an international architectural firm in Boston, MA. USA.
Mr. Chen is a visiting professor at one of the top business schools in China- Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business (CKGSB). He was also a mentor for China Ren Min University’s MBA program. He teaches Real Estate and Capital Market related courses in Tsinghua University, Peking University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Tongji University. While living in the US, Mr. Chen was a Guest Lecturer at the BAC (Boston Architecture Center), where he taught architectural design and planning studios.

Mr LIANG is an institutional real estate private equity professional with extensive experience in investment strategy, asset management, capital sourcing and fund management. He most recently served as Senior Vice President of Investments at Empire State Realty Trust in New York, where he built the investment team, developed deal sourcing process, formulated investment strategies, and led significant transactions across key New York City assets. Prior to this role, he was Senior Vice President of Investments and Asset Management at Columbia Property Trust, where he managed a diverse portfolio, overseeing investments across office, retail and multifamily sectors. Mr LIANG began his career at Deutsche Bank, contributing to the development of real estate funds in Chinese Mainland, Asia and the United States.
Mr LIANG holds a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from the University of Maryland. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Mr. Gary Ko serves as Associate Director Business Development at the Hong Kong-Shenzhen Innovation and Technology Park (HSITP), where he spearheads initiatives to drive public-private partnerships and business and land development. With over 15 years of experience in asset management, commercial strategy, and operations, Mr. Ko has a distinguished record of cultivating strategic partnerships and driving investment opportunities across diverse sectors.
Previously, he held senior roles at Goodman, where he managed significant investment portfolios, and at Wing Tai Properties, where he developed strategies to deliver commercial growth. At Tai Kwun, under The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, he pioneered and oversaw a high-profile cultural and heritage project. His tenure at the Wharf Group included operational and marketing roles in China and Hong Kong, harnessing his expertise in market analysis and business operations.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Ko served in administrative roles within the HKSAR Government on planning and lands, and contributed to product promotion at the Hong Kong Trade Development Council. He also gained valuable experience in the aviation sector with Cathay Pacific Airways of Swire Group.

Eric Ng has nearly 20 years of experience in real estate investment and financial services. He is the Chief Investment Officer of CR Longdation’s Asset Management Platform, overseeing all aspects of the firm's real estate investment and asset management business. Prior to his current role, Mr. Ng was the Director of Overseas Investment and Financing at CIFI Group, where he led a series of transactions across the retail, office, and residential sectors throughout Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, and the UK. Mr. Ng has also served as Investment and Corporate Finance Director at Country Garden and Vice President of Capital Management at China Resources Group.
Before that, he was an equity research analyst in CITIC Securities. Mr. Ng holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, is a FCPA from HKICPA in Hong Kong and also a charter holder of CFA.

With over 20 years of experience in property and asset management, as well as corporate integrated facility services, Allen Qian has repeatedly participated in and led the operation and management of major urban landmark projects across a diverse range of complex asset types, including super high-rise towers, large-scale commercial complexes, and corporate headquarters and R&D centers, bringing deep insights into full-lifecycle asset management and smart, low-carbon operations.
He currently oversees the overall business of CWVS in Mainland China and Hong Kong, managing nearly 2,800 commercial and office projects and leading a team of over 27,000 employees. The company serves clients across a wide range of industries including finance, TMT, high-end manufacturing, biopharmaceuticals, and multinational corporations, with a portfolio that features leading enterprises such as Alibaba, Tencent, Meituan, Kuaishou, CATL, Midea, and Standard Chartered Bank, as well as regional headquarters of Fortune 500 companies. Kemmu Kawai joined Longevity Partners Japan in September 2022 as the Country Director. Based in Tokyo, he oversees all operations and activities in Japan, the Asia-Pacific region and beyond. He brings him more than 16 years of experience in finance where he specialised in real estate and credit investments. Before joining Longevity Partners, he served as a Portfolio Manager at Norinchukin Bank and as Investment Manager at Center Point Development.
