New office supply reached the second highest ever quarterly total on record in Q1 2015. Shenyang, Wuxi, Changsha, Chongqing and Chengdu all reported vacancy rates of close to 40%. Demand from multinationals was lacklustre and the period saw more office closures by high-profile overseas companies
