Sigrid is the Chief Executive Officer of Asia Pacific Real Assets Association (APREA). Based in Singapore, she is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, initiatives and operations of the association across Asia Pacific. Under her leadership, APREA repositioned to an industry trade group focusing on real estate and infrastructure.

Sigrid joined APREA’s executive team in January 2019.

Prior to APREA, she served as Managing Director of Asia Pacific Research and Advisory Services of Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) from 2010 through 2018, where she was responsible for research, thought leadership, strategy formulation and client management.  Before relocating to Singapore, she was based in Washington, D.C. and led C&W’s U.S. research group in the Mid-Atlantic region, overseeing all aspects of market research activities in the Washington, DC; Virginia; Suburban Maryland, Baltimore; and Philadelphia areas. Prior to joining C&W, Sigrid served as a Senior Economist for the National Association of Realtors (NAR). In that position, she developed NAR’s office, warehouse, retail, multi-family housing, and international research programs.

A recognized expert in global economic, public policy and real estate issues, Sigrid is a frequent speaker at industry events.  Her commentary on commercial and residential real estate markets is also regularly featured in a wide array of global publications, including the Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, Bloomberg, New York Times and Reuters. Additionally, she has made several television appearances on financial networks and radio such as CNBC, Bloomberg, CNN, National Public Radio and Channel News Asia.

Sigrid holds a Master of Business Administration from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management and a Master’s degree in Economics from Pennsylvania State University. She is a member of several civic groups including the Rotary Club of Raffles City in Singapore, where she has served in various leadership positions, and serves in the Executive Committee of the Crohn’s & Colitis Society of Singapore.

Having worked in China, the U.S., Hong Kong, Singapore, and Australia, Mr. Chen has vast and diverse experiences in real estate investment and financing, REITs, PERE fund management and asset management, real estate development, planning & design, and international business operations.

Mr. Chen is the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of F.O.G. Capital & Asset Management Corp. (Fields of Gold Corp. - a real estate focused investment & asset management firm headquartered in Shanghai, China, and a Harvard China Fund partner for over 10 years) and the independent director of Yuexiu REITs (the World's first publicly listed REITs in Hong Kong in 2005 investing mainly in mainland properties). He also has been serving as the Development Head of China for a Top-10 Globally ranked real estate investment fund and as senior executive of one of the largest listed blue-chip real estate development groups in Hong Kong. He has also worked as senior architect in an international architectural firm in Boston, MA. USA.

Mr. Chen is a visiting professor at one of the top business schools in China- Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business (CKGSB). He was also a mentor for China Ren Min University’s MBA program. He teaches Real Estate and Capital Market related courses in Tsinghua University, Peking University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Tongji University. While living in the US, Mr. Chen was a Guest Lecturer at the BAC (Boston Architecture Center), where he taught architectural design and planning studios.

Sam Xie is the Head of Research in China and has almost 20 years of experience in the field of commercial real estate research. Sam runs a team of researchers, monitoring and analyzing property market trends in office, retail, and industrial sectors across 20 major cities of China. The team proactively provides market insights to corporates and investors, through regular and topical publications, presentations, and customized data and market study services.

Mr. Jiang Nan is mainly engaged in investment in real estate and REITs business.

He has completed investments in real estate projects with a total area of over 3 million square meters, with more than ten successful project exits that delivered favorable returns to investors. Mr. Jiang possesses extensive experience in investing in real estate, including logistics warehouses, affordable rental housing, retail properties, etc.

Meanwhile, he also has extensive experience in operating REITs products, includes landmark REITs projects such as Yantian Port Warehouse Logistics REIT (one of the first batch of public REITs in China) and CITIC Qihang REIT (the first quasi-REITs product in China).

Zoe is the Head of Capital Advisors, China at CBRE, with over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate investment and financing. She currently leads the capital advisory function within CBRE China’s CapitaL Market business, overseeing a team that serves a broad spectrum of capital market participants and provides investment and financing advisory services to leading corporates, developers, and institutional investors.

Her coverage includes sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, trusts, and bank wealth management funds. She has extensive experience in transaction structuring, investment and financing solutions, and capital advisory across the commercial real estate sector.

Garcia is an audit partner based in Shanghai, specialized in providing professional services to real estate investment and management companies in the Asia Pacific area. He has over 20 years of strong industry experience in serving real estate investment and management clients through audits and other exit related services (REITs and Pre-REITs). During 2009 to 2011, Garcia worked in EY Manchester (UK) serving a number of London listed clients.

Garcia is the Lead Audit Partner of ESR group with strong cross-culture multi-countries coordination and mutual support experience. He is also providing audit services to a number of real estate funds including Warburg Pincus, Goldman Sachs, Apollo, Hillhouse, KKR, Carlyle, Keppel and GIC Realty.

Garcia graduated from Shanghai International Studies University with Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and got his Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Manchester (UK).

Garcia was awarded the ‘Outstanding Public Accountant ’ in 2019 by the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accounants (CICPA). He is a member of CICPA and Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountant (HKICPA). He is also a fellow of the Association of International Accountants (AIA) and a member of the Institute of Certified Internal Auditors (CIA). He is an ESG Analyst (Level 3) with London Chamber of Commerce & Industry. He is also a senior member of Urban Land Institute (China) and a guest lecturer of Hospitality Asset Management Association.
