In the current global economic landscape, cross-border real estate investment is facing a dual challenge of valuation restructuring and compliance upgrades. As a crucial tool for nurturing high-quality underlying assets and facilitating public market exits, Pre-REITs are entering a period of explosive growth. Meanwhile, as the core vehicle in cross-border structures, the full-lifecycle management and compliant operation of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) directly determine the success or failure of a fund. This closed-door meeting aims to bring together foreign institutions and industry leaders to explore how innovative fund structures and professional SPV management can achieve a closed-loop cycle of "fundraising, investment, management, and exit" in cross-border investments.
