Manish Srivastava is a Clinical Professor of Global Real Estate Finance, Development, and Investments at New York University (NYU) where he was previously the academic chair and real estate finance program chair at the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate. He is also associated as a faculty member at NYU Institute for Cities and Real Estate in Emerging Markets in Shanghai,
China.
Professor Srivastava regularly teaches courses in real estate finance, corporate finance, REITs analysis and governance, finance & investment analysis, capital markets, risk & portfolio, advanced real estate investment & development transactions, applied project in global real estate (capstone) course, amongst others. His professional interests are in the areas of complex corporate (public and private), real estate (asset and portfolio) valuations, corporate governance, litigation-related financial forensics, and litigation related expert witness.
Manish (MIT’97) is also a Visiting Professor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Center for Real Estate where he has taught courses such as Real Estate Private Equity, Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), and International Real Estate Transactions. He is also responsible for coordinating the joint MIT-Harvard-NYU-Columbia Business School collaboration joint workshops on behalf of the NYU.
Professor Srivastava has also previously taught at the SDA Bocconi School of Management in Milan, Italy at Columbia University in New York. He is also the managing partner of Sidhant Capital Partners an international real estate investment and advisory firm. He has over 30 years of experience in real estate capital markets, corporate finance, investment banking, mergers & acquisitions, real estate private equity and investment management, valuation, financial forensic and fraud investigations, and corporate strategy and development. He has executed over $50 billion worth of transactions across a range of industries and transaction types.
Professor Srivastava is a regular speaker on various international forums and has delivered keynote lectures across various academic, institutional, and corporate forums in Asia, Europe, North and South Americas. Manish graduated from MIT in 1997 as an Aga Khan Scholar with dual Master of Science degrees in Real Estate and Architecture.

He brings him more than 16 years of experience in finance where he specialised in real estate and credit investments. Before joining Longevity Partners, he served as a Portfolio Manager at Norinchukin Bank and as Investment Manager at Center Point Development.
