Matt Sgrizzi is the Fund Manager for LaSalle Encore+. Matt brings over 20 years of global real estate investment and capital market experience to serving the fund’s clients. Previously, Matt was Chief Investment Officer of LaSalle Global Solutions (indirect investments) and the Lead Global Portfolio Manager of LaSalle Securities focusing on non-traditional real estate sectors where he led the Securities business to consistently strong investment performance.
Matt joined LaSalle’s Securities group in 2002. Throughout his career in real estate securities, he has covered and analyzed all property types and regions in the global real estate markets and grown his responsibility over time. Matt had previously served as a Securities Analyst, Deputy Portfolio Manager and European Portfolio Manager and spent five years in LaSalle’s Amsterdam office (2006 – 2011). In addition to his Securities responsibilities, Matt has lead LaSalle’s Multi-Manager business since 2023, directing the investment efforts of this private equity business unit.
Matt graduated from Loyola University Maryland with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Thomas is an experienced investment professional with a strong background spanning listed real estate securities, private real estate, and alternative investments. Most recently, he was an Equity Research Analyst at MA Financial Group, covering Australian/New Zealand REITs, fund managers and developers. He initiated coverage on Abacus Storage King and held additional coverage responsibilities across several sectors. Before MA Financial, Thomas spent three years at Westpac Private Bank, most recently as Associate Investment Director, responsible for its real estate investments, spanning direct property, fund, and co-investment opportunities domestically and internationally. Earlier in his career, he held investment roles at Barwon Investment Partners, Spire Capital, and a private family office, spanning private equity, private credit, and real estate investment analysis. Thomas holds a Master of Applied Finance and a Bachelor of Commerce (Distinction) from Macquarie University.

As Chief Executive Officer of Wee Hur Capital Pte Ltd, Goh Wee Ping is responsible for the Group’s fund management arm and currently focusing on executing strategies relating to Purpose Built Student Accommodation in Australia. He is also responsible to actively look for new strategies and managers to seed or partner with to take the business to further horizons.
While remaining as CEO of Wee Hur Capital Pte Ltd, Wee Ping was appointed as the Chief Investment Officer of the Group on 1 August 2023, a newly minted role at the Group reflective of the increasing diversity and sophistication of the various businesses and investments the Group has. Wee Ping’s role as the Group’s CIO is largely strategic in nature as he will work closely with the other Group Executives in areas of capital/debt markets, investments, asset allocation, portfolio monitoring, investor relations, etc. while taking a long term and generational view of the Group’s wealth and businesses.
Wee Ping holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil Engineering) from the National University of Singapore.

With 30+ years’ experience dedicated to real estate and technology, Bernie is a leader in digital transformation in real estate and using data to create a more competitive and collaborative environment. Currently responsible for the growth of Yardi Systems in Asia Pacific, Bernie lives in Hong Kong and is a qualified accountant and economist.
He supports real estate clients with Retail, Commercial, Industrial, Residential and Mixed-Use assets, helping them to grow their operations, create efficiencies, and gain better insight into their business. His expertise includes asset and investment management, private equity, operations improvement, program and project management, finance, technology implementation and compliance.
Bernie has led large-scale technology projects, as well as led and supported Proptech start-ups, across Australia, the USA, Middle East, Asia and Europe. He has over 60 publications to his name, and extensive public speaking experience. He is actively working with several charities focused on the marine environment and child education in Hong Kong and China.

Amélie Delaunay is Head of APAC Real Estate Economics at Oxford Economics. She brings more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, with deep expertise in non-listed real estate research, indices, market analytics, and investment strategy across Asia Pacific and global markets.
Educated at Sorbonne University, Amélie holds a postgraduate degree in Urban Geography, Town Planning, and Real Estate. She also earned an Advanced Master’s Degree in Urban and Real Estate Management from ESSEC Business School. Amélie is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

Kemmu Kawai joined Longevity Partners Japan in September 2022 as the Country Director. Based in Tokyo, he oversees all operations and activities in Japan, the Asia-Pacific region and beyond. He brings him more than 16 years of experience in finance where he specialised in real estate and credit investments. Before joining Longevity Partners, he served as a Portfolio Manager at Norinchukin Bank and as Investment Manager at Center Point Development.
