Yvonne leads product development, client services, and marketing communications for CLI’s private funds, while also spearheading the growth of its private wealth business.

Yvonne has more than 20 years of experience across the real estate spectrum, focusing on origination, underwriting investors' returns, due diligence and structuring real estate investment opportunities for clients globally. Prior to joining CLI, Yvonne was the Head of Real Estate Advisory and Investments at the Bank of Singapore. Before joining the bank in 2019, she was the Executive Director, Global Capital Markets at CBRE. Before that, she was the Head of Asia Real Estate at Citi Private Bank.

Yvonne holds a Bachelor of Science from the National University of Singapore.

Sigrid is the Chief Executive Officer of Asia Pacific Real Assets Association (APREA). Based in Singapore, she is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, initiatives and operations of the association across Asia Pacific. Under her leadership, APREA repositioned to an industry trade group focusing on real estate and infrastructure.

Sigrid joined APREA’s executive team in January 2019.

Prior to APREA, she served as Managing Director of Asia Pacific Research and Advisory Services of Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) from 2010 through 2018, where she was responsible for research, thought leadership, strategy formulation and client management.  Before relocating to Singapore, she was based in Washington, D.C. and led C&W’s U.S. research group in the Mid-Atlantic region, overseeing all aspects of market research activities in the Washington, DC; Virginia; Suburban Maryland, Baltimore; and Philadelphia areas. Prior to joining C&W, Sigrid served as a Senior Economist for the National Association of Realtors (NAR). In that position, she developed NAR’s office, warehouse, retail, multi-family housing, and international research programs.

A recognized expert in global economic, public policy and real estate issues, Sigrid is a frequent speaker at industry events.  Her commentary on commercial and residential real estate markets is also regularly featured in a wide array of global publications, including the Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, Bloomberg, New York Times and Reuters. Additionally, she has made several television appearances on financial networks and radio such as CNBC, Bloomberg, CNN, National Public Radio and Channel News Asia.

Sigrid holds a Master of Business Administration from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management and a Master’s degree in Economics from Pennsylvania State University. She is a member of several civic groups including the Rotary Club of Raffles City in Singapore, where she has served in various leadership positions, and serves in the Executive Committee of the Crohn’s & Colitis Society of Singapore.

Dato’ Seri Azmir Merican is currently the Group Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of Sime Darby Property. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Finance) from Haworth College of Business, Western Michigan University, United States of America.

He has 30 years of corporate experience, with over 15 years spent at the senior most leadership role. He brings a rich blend of cross-functional expertise in investments & private equity, corporate advisory, as well as operational management into his current role and a leadership style known for driving transformation.

Dato’ Seri Azmir started his career as an investment analyst with the Maybank Group, working in its venture capital and private equity business. He then moved to PricewaterhouseCoopers’ (“PwC”) corporate advisory arm where he managed assignments across multiple industries. He subsequently held management roles in CIMB Investment Bank where he helped establish the bank’s private equity business, managing proprietary and third-party funds.

In 2007, he was tapped for the leadership role at AWC Berhad, the company was restructured into a leading provider of engineering services and integrated facilities management across Malaysia, Singapore, and the Middle East.

In 2012, he was recruited as Group Chief Operating Officer, Business Units, for UEM Group where he was tasked to oversee the company’s “4^th core” businesses across 12 countries. There, he successfully orchestrated the merger, acquisition, and integration of five companies across Healthcare Services, Infrastructure, Real Estate, and Consultancy, held under UEM Edgenta Berhad which he subsequently led as Managing Director/CEO before assuming his current position in 2020.

He is currently driving Sime Darby Property’s transformation into a Real Estate company focused at building a leading property business for landed homes and high-rise, industrial development, and an Investment & Asset Management business for recurring income. For leadership within the real estate industry, Dato’ Seri Azmir was awarded as “Outstanding Property CEO” at The Edge Malaysia Property Excellence Awards ("TEPEA") 2023. In 2024, Sime Darby Property was named Malaysia’s number one property developer at The Edge Malaysia Top Property Developers Awards, which anchors TEPEA in celebrating prominent property figures and outstanding property developments.

• He started his career as a Quantity Surveyor in the UK. 
• Since moving overseas 30 years ago, Andrew’s experience and core skills have expanded to include most aspects of planning, creating and operating built assets.  Andrew’s expertise also includes Business Advisory, Change Management, Transformation, Contract Administration and Claims resolution
• Prior to joining JLL, Andrew was the Regional Head of Project & Programme Management for Arcadis
• Andrew’s sector expertise includes commercial offices, retail, data centres, hotels, schools, hospitals and residential. 
• His geographical experience includes China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau, Australia, India, Singapore, Japan, Korea, Philippines, Malaysia, Brunei, Thailand, Vietnam, and UAE.

Current Position & Responsibilities 

Andrew is Head of Asset Development for Asia Pacific.  

His responsibilities include leading a regional team in developing and delivering a range of solutions for Investors, Developers and Owner Occupiers aimed at adding value to their asset portfolios.

Andrew and his team are able to draw from a range of JLL capabilities including Market Research, Capital Markets, Leasing, Property Management and Valuations together with subject matter experts in Workplace, Sustainability, Logistics, Data Centres, Hotels, Retail etc

As the Head of ESG in UEM Edgenta Berhad, Sharifah directs and manages the organisation’s approach to sustainability matters from regulatory compliance to building a solid sustainability culture in Edgenta. She was instrumental in producing a 2-year sustainability roadmap for Edgenta and the creation of an ESG team in Edgenta.

Sharifah trained as an investment banker and has worked at investment banks in Malaysia and the Middle East specialising in the areas of debt capital markets and Islamic finance. During her time at Maybank Investment Bank between 2003 and 2006, she advised the Government of Malaysia in structuring the country’s landmark Residential Mortgage Backed Securitisation (RMBS) transaction. Sharifah also successfully led a team of global advisors in executing the Kingdom of Bahrain’s inaugural RMBS transaction in 2008. Sharifah is passionate about coaching and nurturing talent. She mentors professionals and also reskills both men and women who are on career breaks to enable them to return to the workspace or become entrepreneurs. Sharifah is a Chevening Scholar Alumni.

Shireen Iqbal is a seasoned corporate real estate and REITs leader with over 30 years’ experience, currently CEO and Executive Director of Alpha REIT Managers – Malaysia first education focussed REIT. She has held senior roles at Shell, Tesco Malaysia, and MRCB, managing multi-billion-ringgit portfolios across commercial, retail, and infrastructure assets. With strong legal and commercial expertise in property development, operations, asset management and REIT structures, she is recognised for sound commercial structures, governance strength, disciplined capital allocation, and delivering sustainable long-term value.

Trey’s sustainability journey began during his postgraduate studies in 2016, when he explored corporate social responsibility and its role in driving long-term impact. Motivated by a strong commitment to advancing a more sustainable world, he transitioned from asset management into renewable energy, serving as Director at Inframation, a leading data provider for infrastructure and renewable energy markets.

In 2021, Trey further deepened his expertise by joining GRESB, the global leader in sustainability benchmarking for real assets. As Global Head of Business Development, he leads an international team focused on expanding the reach and impact of the GRESB Real Estate, Infrastructure, and Data Center Assessments, helping hundreds of organizations worldwide create greener, more profitable, and more resilient assets.

Trey is a GRESB Real Estate Team Leader Accredited Professional (AP). He holds an MBA from Hult International Business School and a BA in International Relations from George Washington University.

Azlan Azri, currently serving as Head of Industrial & Logistics Development at Sime Darby Property, brings more than two decades of extensive experience in architecture, property, industrial, and infrastructure development. He leads the end-to-end strategy and execution of the Group’s industrial and logistics portfolio, focusing on key growth sectors such as Google Hyperscale Data Centre, smart logistics, high-value manufacturing, and SME supply chain. His expertise spans the full spectrum of industrial development, supporting companies in achieving business efficiency through ecosystem integration, innovative industrial solutions, and close collaboration with industrial technology
partners.

Previously, he led township developments including BBR4, Lembah Acob, and Bukit Cherakah at Sime Darby Property, demonstrating strong capabilities in project delivery, strategic planning, and leadership. He holds RIBA accreditation and a Bachelor's in Architecture, combining global architectural expertise with proven operational leadership.

Kok-Chye has over 20 years of experience in data centers, telecom, and submarine cable projects. Prior to joining DayOne, he spearheaded internet data center (IDC) platform investments for Gaw Capital Partners. He spent 10 years at Keppel Group, serving as Head of Strategy and Global Investments at Keppel Data Centers since 2014. He has a strong track record in fundraising, growing data center businesses, and leading investment teams.  

Kok-Chye oversaw data center acquisitions in several countries, including Australia, Singapore, and Germany. In 2018, he was ranked one of the world's top 25 finance dealmakers in the data center and cloud industry by Data Economy. 

Mr. Masayuki Ozaki is the Chief Financial Officer of the Manager of NTT DC REIT.

Mr. Ozaki brings close to two decades of experience in real estate investments, particularly in public equities real estate investments in APAC at firms like APG, Heitman, and Fidelity (FMR), most recently serving as a Principal at Blackstone Japan, overseeing fundraising and investor relations for Japanese investors, from October 2022 to July 2024.

Prior to that, between July 2018 and September 2022, he was the Senior Portfolio Manager at APG Asset Management Asia and was involved in equity research and portfolio management of public real estate securities across Asia Pacific. From July 2017 to July 2018, he was the Vice President and Senior Analyst of Asia Pacific real estate securities at Heitman International Real Estate Securities. He was also an Equity Analyst at Fidelity Management & Research (Japan) from September 2013 to December 2016 and Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers from July 2006 to August 2013, covering the public real estate securities portfolio in Japan, Singapore and Australia.

Mr. Ozaki started his career in the financial services departments of Citibank, N.A., Bank of America, N.A., and Morgan Stanley Japan where he, respectively, developed and managed investment products, provided financial and valuation analysis for merger and acquisition and asset securitisation deals, and provided credit analysis of commercial mortgage-backed security loans and managed counter party risks for Japanese financial institutions.

Mr. Ozaki holds a Bachelor of Laws from Keio University and a Master of Management in Hospitality and a Master of Business Administration from Cornell University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Ai Leen is a partner in the Real Estate Practice Group of Wong & Partners, the member firm of Baker McKenzie International in Malaysia. She has over 25 years' experience in the real estate industry and is recognised by both Chambers Asia Pacific and Legal 500 Asia Pacific as a Band 1 and Tier 1 practitioner for her capability in the Real Estate practice.

Ai Leen has significant experience representing local and multinational property developers and investors across complex real estate transactions, including sale and purchase agreements, tenancies, and lease agreements. Her expertise extends to the burgeoning Malaysian data center industry, where she has emerged as a leading force through her involvement in multi-million dollar projects including data center developments, greenfield investments and colocation leases or service agreements. Her ability to navigate complex legal and regulatory challenges in this emerging industry, coupled with deep understanding of the industry's dynamics, makes her the go-to person for multinational clients seeking to invest and develop data centers in Malaysia.

David White is a Managing Director at LaSalle in the Debt Investments team, overseeing the LaSalle Real Estate Debt Strategies (LREDS) business. He has extensive experience lending throughout the capital structure and in real estate debt investments, including mezzanine and whole loans, as well as direct real estate investments, distressed credit, and restructuring.  Prior to joining LaSalle, David was a Partner at Intriva Capital Advisors LLP, where he was based in London as a member of the Investment Committee, and oversaw the investment team.

Prior to joining Intriva, David was a founding Partner at Tyndaris Real Estate, an alternative lending platform based in London and focused on both opportunistic and secured income on a pan-European basis.  At Tyndaris Real Estate David oversaw the build-out of the firm and the team, and helped build the capital base from scratch to €1.6 billion in assets under management, deploying capital in senior loans, mezzanine and preferred equity, equity and CMBS purchases.  He also sat on the Investment Committee and oversaw all aspects of reporting, asset management, workout and restructuring efforts.  David started his career at Deutsche Bank in the Real Estate Special Situations Group where he focused on direct lending, distressed investing and purchasing non-performing loan pools.  He worked in London, Hong Kong and New York during his time at Deutsche Bank. David began his career in real estate private equity and debt investment in 2007.

Rick Ramli was appointed as the Deputy President & Group Chief Executive of PNB, where he spearheads the overall operational activities within six key divisions- Strategy & Finance, Investments, Sales & Distribution, Operations, Corporate Affairs, and Human Capital. He is currently ontheBoard ofEkuinas Nasional Berhad, andChairmanof SimeDarby Property.

Previously, he was the Chief Investment Officer, Private and Strategic Investments where he oversaw portfolios within PNB’s Strategic Investments, Real Estate, Private Markets andInvestment Stewardship.

Prior to joining PNB, he was a Partner & Managing Director at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and the Country Head of BCG in Malaysia where he specialized in strategy development, business modelinnovation, and corporate and industry-level transformations.

He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and a BA in Economics fromtheUniversity of Chicago.

Premraj brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table with over 20 years of extensive experience spanning real assets investment management, real asset development, engineering, and management consulting. Prior to joining KWAP, he began his career in management consulting at McKinsey & Co. and The Boston Consulting Group. He then became the Head of Integrated Township Development, Batam at Sinarmasland which is Indonesia’s largest real estate developer, and subsequently managed KWAP’s domestic and international real estate portfolio. Further at KWAP, he is currently managing KWAPs infrastructure investments in the energy, digital infra, transport and utilities.

Christopher Cheah is the Founder and Executive Chairman of TrustCapital. He is responsible for the strategic growth and development of the firm, which he established in 2009 as a private equity real estate platform in joint venture with David Tan Wei-Son, former CEO of CapitaCommercial Trust and CIMB Group.

TrustCapital has grown from a start-up into a regional investment manager with a strong presence in Malaysia, Australia, and Singapore. Since inception, the firm has successfully completed over RM10 billion in real estate transactions across multiple strategies.

Prior to TrustCapital, Chris was Head of Property Asia at ANZ Bank, where he specialized in cross-border real estate financial advisory, debt arranging, structuring, and risk management. Chris has over 30 years of experience in banking and real estate investment.

He is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Queensland.
