Sigrid is the Chief Executive Officer of Asia Pacific Real Assets Association (APREA). Based in Singapore, she is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, initiatives and operations of the association across Asia Pacific. Under her leadership, APREA repositioned to an industry trade group focusing on real estate and infrastructure.

Sigrid joined APREA’s executive team in January 2019.

Prior to APREA, she served as Managing Director of Asia Pacific Research and Advisory Services of Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) from 2010 through 2018, where she was responsible for research, thought leadership, strategy formulation and client management.  Before relocating to Singapore, she was based in Washington, D.C. and led C&W’s U.S. research group in the Mid-Atlantic region, overseeing all aspects of market research activities in the Washington, DC; Virginia; Suburban Maryland, Baltimore; and Philadelphia areas. Prior to joining C&W, Sigrid served as a Senior Economist for the National Association of Realtors (NAR). In that position, she developed NAR’s office, warehouse, retail, multi-family housing, and international research programs.

A recognized expert in global economic, public policy and real estate issues, Sigrid is a frequent speaker at industry events.  Her commentary on commercial and residential real estate markets is also regularly featured in a wide array of global publications, including the Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, Bloomberg, New York Times and Reuters. Additionally, she has made several television appearances on financial networks and radio such as CNBC, Bloomberg, CNN, National Public Radio and Channel News Asia.

Sigrid holds a Master of Business Administration from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management and a Master’s degree in Economics from Pennsylvania State University. She is a member of several civic groups including the Rotary Club of Raffles City in Singapore, where she has served in various leadership positions, and serves in the Executive Committee of the Crohn’s & Colitis Society of Singapore.

Punit Chovatia is Senior Director, at Apex Group, leading strategic growth initiatives across fund administration, capital markets, private markets, and GIFT City solutions. He works closely with fund managers, institutional investors, and alternative asset firms to help them scale operations, enhance investor servicing, and navigate evolving regulatory and market requirements. Through Apex Group's partnership with Apex Tigre, he also supports real estate investment managers in leveraging advanced data, valuation, ESG, and performance intelligence solutions to improve decision-making and portfolio oversight.

Ranjit P V is the Global Head of 4see at Apex Tigre, where he leads the product strategy and roadmap for 4see, the group’s data aggregation, analytics and reporting platform supporting asset and fund managers globally. With 27 years of experience spanning technology, product leadership and large-scale technology operations, Ranjit brings a practical and business-focused perspective to the role of technology in modern real estate investment management. His work focuses on how trusted data, technology and emerging capabilities such as AI can help investment organisations make better-informed decisions, improve operational efficiency and create greater transparency.

Randall Choh is a Managing Partner at TenthNode.ai, which helps real estate operators and growing businesses redesign complex workflows with AI.
 
Before TenthNode.ai, Randall was the founding Technology Leader for Asia-Pacific at a global private equity real estate firm. He built the firm's regional technology function from scratch, owning strategy, delivery and budget for more than 10,000 rental homes and student beds across the region. His remit spanned investment management, property management and development where he consolidated scattered systems in all four markets together, giving leadership cleaner data and faster decisions. He also initiated the transformation from massive fund and portfolio reporting off spreadsheets into a proper investment management system.
 
Over 20 years, Randall has led regional technology across real estate, hospitality and enterprise software and was named in the CIO50 ASEAN in 2020 and WorldCIO200 in 2019 and 2020.

Jeremy Kyaw is Business Development Director, SEA at Apex Group, where he drives client relationships and growth across fund administration, transfer agency, and Apex’s broader platform offerings for hedge funds, family offices, and real estate managers in the region. Prior to Apex, he built his career in private equity, giving him a strong grounding in the operational and investor facing needs of alternative asset managers. Based in Singapore, Jeremy combines his private equity background with deep regional relationships to help clients navigate the evolving fund services landscape.
