Vinod is a seasoned business leader with an MBA from the Booth School of Business, Chicago, and a distinguished career spanning over 27 years with the K Raheja Corp group. He currently serves as the Managing Director & CEO of the Group’s Commercial Real Estate division – Mindspace Business Parks (non-REIT) and its Residential arm – K Raheja Corp Homes. In this capacity, he drives the overall strategic direction, operational execution, and business development initiatives across the group’s expansive commercial and residential portfolios.
Vinod also sits on the Board of Directors of K Raheja Corp Investment Managers Private Limited (formerly K Raheja Investment Managers LLP), the Investment Manager to Mindspace Business Parks REIT. Prior to this, he served as the CEO of the Investment Manager, where he played a pivotal role in building and institutionalizing the commercial real estate platform, leading the
development of Grade A assets across key Indian markets.
A landmark achievement under his leadership was the successful listing of Mindspace Business Parks REIT in 2020, marking one of India's most prominent REIT debuts. His strategic foresight, combined with deep industry expertise, has positioned him as a key architect in shaping the group’s long-term real estate vision and strengthening its leadership in the Indian real estate sector.
Vinod has played a pivotal role in scaling multiple businesses within the K Raheja Corp group, driving transformative growth and overseeing some of its most landmark developments. Over the years, he has pioneered the creation of iconic business districts, premium residential offerings, and high-end retail destinations, many of which now serve as benchmarks in the Indian real estate landscape. As a core member of the group’s leadership team, Vinod has been instrumental in shaping the strategic vision that has positioned K Raheja Corp as one of the most respected and influential names in Indian real estate.
A true reflection of Vinod’s visionary approach is the creation of the ‘Mindspace’ brand, a pioneering initiative that introduced the concept of self-sustained, world-class business districts across Indian cities. This transformative idea has revolutionized the commercial real estate landscape, giving rise to a new-age urban philosophy of ‘live and work in India.’
Among his many landmark contributions is the ultra-luxury residential project ‘Vivarea’ in Mahalaxmi, Mumbai, which Vinod conceptualized to redefine urban living. Today, Vivarea stands as a symbol of refined lifestyle and modern luxury, setting new standards for premium residences in the country.
Vinod was also instrumental in the group’s foray into retail development, playing a central role in the creation and success of Inorbit Malls, one of India’s most recognized retail destinations. Further extending his influence beyond the organization, Vinod has also played a key role on the FICCI Real Estate Committee, a congregation of top industry frontrunners, to drive policy changes in India.

Kemmu Kawai joined Longevity Partners Japan in September 2022 as the Country Director. Based in Tokyo, he oversees all operations and activities in Japan, the Asia-Pacific region and beyond. He brings him more than 16 years of experience in finance where he specialised in real estate and credit investments. Before joining Longevity Partners, he served as a Portfolio Manager at Norinchukin Bank and as Investment Manager at Center Point Development.
