Rosanna Tang leads the research and marketing functions in Hong Kong, and supports the management to establish and drive Cushman & Wakefield's business priorities and development strategies. She is also a key spokesperson on delivering thought leadership content to continue to support the firm’s strong reputation. She also works closely with the Valuation & Advisory Services team to identify and secure new advisory business opportunities for the firm.

Rosanna has extensive experience of 20 years in real estate markets across Hong Kong, the Greater Bay Area and the APAC region. With her deep understanding of the property market and strong research background from both buy-side and sell-side experiences, Rosanna has led numerous pioneer research papers and client-oriented initiatives throughout her career. As a trilingual professional fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, Rosanna is an active commentator in both global and local media. She is also a frequent speaker for different industries and professional events.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Rosanna held senior positions as Head of Research, Hong Kong and Greater Bay Area at Colliers, and as Director at CBRE Asia Pacific Research. She has also worked in the Corporate Planning & Strategic Investment department of Sun Hung Kai Properties, where she led research analysis for both Hong Kong and overseas property markets.

Rosanna graduated from Peking University with a Bachelor of Law degree majoring in Political and Public Administration, with a double degree in Sociology. She also earned a Master of Science degree in Finance from the University of Michigan.

Foster Lee has over 20 years’ experience in direct lending and structured finance across Asia Pacific.

Foster is currently heading the private credit franchise for Gaw Capital and have deployed more than USD1bn since he joined in 2020.

Foster was the head of syndicated finance for China Minsheng Bank and prior to that he worked in multiple direct lending transactions, in particular leveraged finance and assets based lending across Hong Kong, Australia and Japan in GE Capital.

During his banking career, he was on the board of directors of the Asia Pacific Loan Market Association and as a member of the China Committee and the Leveraged & Acquisition Finance Committee of the association.

Foster holds a bachelor's degree in commerce from the University of New South Wales and he is a qualified public accountant of CPA Australia.

Gerry Wong is a registered foreign lawyer in Baker McKenzie's Hong Kong office and a member of the Firm's Banking & Finance Practice Group. His practice focuses on real estate finance, fund finance, acquisition finance and general banking matters where he regularly advises financial institutions, credit funds, sponsors and borrowers on a wide variety of financing transactions across the capital structure.

• Yvette Chan is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal in Hong Kong. She brings 20 years of tax advisory experience, specialising in China and Hong Kong taxation. 
• Ms. Chan has assisted her clients to undertake investments with regard to transaction structuring and devising tax efficient strategies for implementing business operations and arrangements for their initial greenfield investment or mergers & acquisitions in or outside Greater China. In addition, Ms. Chan has advised on a number of tax structuring, tax due diligence, tax modeling review, mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructuring, pre-IPO restructuring, leasing, and tax compliance projects, and specialises in the structuring of M&A and financial transactions from a tax perspective.
• Ms. Chan services clients in a wide range of industries including real estate, private equity and investment fund, infrastructure, etc.
• Yvette’s real estate fund clients include Actis real estate funds, Angelo Gordon, BlackRock, Blackstone, CPPIB, GAW Capital, Kailong, Macquarie real estate funds, Morgan Stanley real estate funds, PAG, Paladin (Country Garden), Phoenix Property Investors, Quadreal, SSG Ares, TCC Capital, etc. Yvette also advise other corporate as well as family offices with respect to their real estate operations and transactions. 
• Ms. Chan has co-authored articles on Chinese taxation in the International Tax Review, Euromoney, China Tax Intelligence and Asia-Pacific Journal of Taxation. Ms. Chan has also taught internal courses and spoken at external seminars on Chinese taxation, particularly in relation to non-resident tax issues for inbound investments, as well as Chinese tax issues and considerations on outbound investments.
• Before joining A&M, Ms. Chan spent 5 years with KPMG in London and over 9 years in their Hong Kong office, most recently serving as partner in the M&A tax team. 
• Ms. Chan earned a bachelor’s degree and a master degree in Mathematical Sciences from the University of Oxford. She is a fellow and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, and a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Chartered Institute of Taxation in the United Kingdom, and the Taxation Institute of Hong Kong. She is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). 

Jeremy Ong is a partner in Baker McKenzie's Hong Kong office and he leads the REITs practice in Hong Kong. He has over 15 years of experience advising REITs on their formation, acquisitions, disposals, equity/debt capital raising exercises and liability management exercises, and advised on almost all of Hong Kong's largest REIT transactions.

Jeremy has been recognised by Legal 500 as a "Next Generation Partner" in two key areas for REITs (investment funds; real estate) and his practice is also described by Chambers as “a trusted adviser to REITs” which is “often instructed to assist clients with IPOs and capital raisings”.
