Shubha Shanbhag is the Head of ESG and CSR at IndoSpace, India’s largest investor, developer, and manager of industrial and logistics real estate. Strategic sustainability and environmental leader with 19+ years of experience leading corporate sustainability, environmental management, climate strategy, natural capital, ESG integration and sustainability assurance across manufacturing, mining, infrastructure, logistics, real estate, pharmaceuticals, cement, metals and energy sectors.
She has extensive experience in India and internationally, leading sustainability and climate change initiatives across sectors. At IndoSpace, Shubha champions ESG strategies that not only align with global sustainability standards but also enhance the company’s social responsibility efforts, fostering community development, employee well-being, and inclusive growth.
Beyond her corporate responsibilities, she serves as Co-Chair of the UN PRI Global Real Estate Advisory Committee and member of the GRESB Expert Resource Group, contributing to the advancement of global sustainability practices.
