The focus will be on strengthening understanding around sustainability in real estate, identifying challenges, and exploring practical pathways for developers to integrate green building principles from the ground up.

As part of EY CCaSS’ knowledge partnership with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) to advance sustainable real estate in India, we are pleased to invite you to an upcoming session focused on the residential real estate sector.

This is the first exclusive forum for residential real estate under this programme — following our commercial real estate dialogue — designed to move from intent to action.

Minimizing single-use plastics, including limiting or eliminating plastic water bottles in favor of refill stations or reusable alternatives.
Reducing printed materials and handouts.
Using recycled or sustainably sourced paper when printing is necessary.
Partnering with vendors and caterers who prioritize sustainable sourcing, local produce, and low-waste food practices.
Educating attendees on sustainability efforts at the event and encouraging participation in green practices.
