The session will bring together mid-sized developers and key industry stakeholders to discuss how India’s commercial and hospitality real estate sector can accelerate its transition towards measurable and scalable sustainability. The focus will be on strengthening understanding around sustainability in real estate, identifying challenges, and exploring practical pathways for developers to integrate green building principles from the ground up.

As part of EY CCaSS’ knowledge partnership with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) to advance sustainable real estate in India, we are pleased to invite you to an upcoming session focused on the residential real estate sector.
This is the first exclusive forum for residential real estate under this programme — following our commercial real estate dialogue — designed to move from intent to action.
