The RICC Global Corporate Real Estate & Facilities Management Conference 2021 on 19-22 July will discuss how the workplace has changed all around the world and how capital, people and information can be integrated to create working environments that meet the evolving needs of occupiers as we plan for the future.
Economic uncertainty during the COVID-19 outbreak is having an unprecedented impact on global CRE and the FM sector. The road ahead is expected to be challenging, given the rapidly changing business environment.
Change in global real estate policies; shift in market sentiments; and variance in global growth are already affecting the way occupiers are leasing or acquiring or managing real estate spaces. The RICS Global CRE & FM Conference 2021 comes at an opportune time and will provide you with the perfect platform to discuss and debate what lies ahead in the sector.
With the corporate real estate sector on the cusp of several changes and with many juggling operational challenges ahead for facility managers, this global conference aims to visualise how the workplace has changed and its adoption for the future. Discussions will also focus on how capital, people and information can be integrated to create working environments that meet the evolving needs of occupiers. The conference will also explore the need for CRE heads to use technology the right way to build in workplace efficiency and sustainability and explore opportunities that real estate stakeholders can seize in this evolving and dynamic real estate industry.
