She joined C&W in August 2025 and brings over 20 years of experience in real estate investment across Japan and global markets. Her expertise spans investment execution, asset management, and value‑add strategies. Before C&W, she spent 12 years at Mizuho Real Estate Investment Advisors, leading private equity real estate acquisitions throughout the full investment life cycle. She advised global real estate funds and international investors on opportunities in Japan, focusing on office, residential, and hotel value‑add projects.
Earlier in her career, she provided strategic consulting on overseas residential investments in the UK and Kuala Lumpur. She also executed acquisitions for a Japanese real estate firm in Germany, Korea, and the United States. Her earlier roles include real estate investment analysis at CB Richard Ellis Investors Japan and hotel investment analysis at Ishin Hotels Group and a GS affiliated real estate entity.

He brings him more than 16 years of experience in finance where he specialised in real estate and credit investments. Before joining Longevity Partners, he served as a Portfolio Manager at Norinchukin Bank and as Investment Manager at Center Point Development.
