EXPO REAL Asia Pacific is the premier B2B trade fair dedicated to accelerating real estate and infrastructure development and investment across Asia Pacific (APAC).
Building on the success of EXPO REAL in Munich, this inaugural APAC edition is the regional meeting point for C-level executives, institutional investors, developers, REIT managers and city leaders from Southeast Asia, Japan, Korea, Australia, and beyond.
Co-located with the World Cities Summit and Asia Infrastructure Forum, the event creates a powerful platform for cross-border capital flows, public-private partnerships, and portfolio diversification across asset classes - from urban regeneration and sustainable infrastructure to data centres, hospitality and more.
Through EXPO REAL Asia Pacific, APREA members gain direct access to opportunities, policy insights, and senior decision-makers shaping the future of real assets in APAC.
