Sigrid is the Chief Executive Officer of Asia Pacific Real Assets Association (APREA). Based in Singapore, she is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, initiatives and operations of the association across Asia Pacific. Under her leadership, APREA repositioned to an industry trade group focusing on real estate and infrastructure.
Sigrid joined APREA’s executive team in January 2019.
Prior to APREA, she served as Managing Director of Asia Pacific Research and Advisory Services of Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) from 2010 through 2018, where she was responsible for research, thought leadership, strategy formulation and client management. Before relocating to Singapore, she was based in Washington, D.C. and led C&W’s U.S. research group in the Mid-Atlantic region, overseeing all aspects of market research activities in the Washington, DC; Virginia; Suburban Maryland, Baltimore; and Philadelphia areas. Prior to joining C&W, Sigrid served as a Senior Economist for the National Association of Realtors (NAR). In that position, she developed NAR’s office, warehouse, retail, multi-family housing, and international research programs.
A recognized expert in global economic, public policy and real estate issues, Sigrid is a frequent speaker at industry events. Her commentary on commercial and residential real estate markets is also regularly featured in a wide array of global publications, including the Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, Bloomberg, New York Times and Reuters. Additionally, she has made several television appearances on financial networks and radio such as CNBC, Bloomberg, CNN, National Public Radio and Channel News Asia.
Sigrid holds a Master of Business Administration from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management and a Master’s degree in Economics from Pennsylvania State University. She is a member of several civic groups including the Rotary Club of Raffles City in Singapore, where she has served in various leadership positions, and serves in the Executive Committee of the Crohn’s & Colitis Society of Singapore.

Christine Wang has been working in the Foreign Direct Investments field since 2010. She has a great deal of experience on advising international clients to localize business for the Greater China market in terms of market entry strategy, company structure, licensing, business scope, regulatory compliance and international taxation.
With deep expertise in the private fund industry, Christine supports private equity (PE) and private equity real estate (PERE) firms across fund formation, fund accounting and administration support, financial and tax, payroll and compliance services as well as SPVs and portfolios management. She has been working with many asset management and private fund clients and provide tailor made solution to mid & back-office services for their business expansion in Greater China, Asia and beyond.
As head of the Greater China commercial team for fund solutions, Christine supports international asset management companies and private fund managers with market entry, business setup and operation, regional expansion. Her regulatory insight and operational expertise have empowered leading foreign and Greater China-based asset management companies and private fund managers to achieve strategic positioning and sustainable growth across regional and global markets.

Hannah Jeong has extensive valuation & advisory service experience over eighteen years including property investment and development projects specialising in valuation, development consultancy, financial analysis and feasibility studies. Her projects' geographic coverage spans Asia Pacific and the Middle East, in particular Hong Kong and China. Hannah leads the Hong Kong Valuation and Advisory Services (CVAS) team comprising more than 60 staff. She manges the valuation and advisory work for global real estate funds and private equity firms such as AEW, AIA, Angelo Gordon, Blackstone, Goodman Asia, Link REIT, LOGOS, and Manulife.

Ms. Chang Rui Hua has been appointed as Managing Director, Business Management and Investment, ESR Hong Kong since April 2023. She focuses on looking after our business in Hong Kong region, including our fund management arm and lead our China REIT initiatives and execution. Ms. Chang will also hold the concurrent role of Executive Director and Responsible Officer for ESR HK Asset Management Limited (the fund management arm for Hong Kong).
Ms. Chang was previously Group Head, Capital Markets and Investor Relations for the Group, managing capital and public market activities including strategic merger and acquisition investments at ESR group level; leads the Group’s investor relations function and provides insights on market developments.
Before joining ESR, Ms. Chang was with the CapitaLand Group for six years, where she was leading the Capital Markets, Corporate Finance, Corporate Planning and fund raising in China; as well as the CapitaLand Group’s Investor Relations and Capital Markets Compliance based in Singapore. She was also a key member of the team that led the privatisation of CapitaMall Asia in 2014. Prior to that, Ms. Chang was an investment banker with China International Capital Corporation and DBS Bank Ltd from 2006 to 2013.
Ms. Chang holds a Masters’ in International Public Policy (Merit) from University College London, Department of Politics and a BSc in Social Science, Economics (2nd Upper Class Honors) from the National University of Singapore. She completed the Advanced Management Programme at Booth School of Business, University of Chicago. She is also a holder of the International Certificate of Investor Relations
(ICIR) and Chartered Manager Fellow.

Hank Hsu is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Forest Logistics Properties. Formerly the Head of China Investments at Ascendas-Singbridge, an industrial and logistics real estate investment platform under Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund, Temasek Holdings, Hank has close to 20 years of experience in real estate investment and fund management. Prior to Ascendas-Singbridge, he served as Investment Director at China Orient Summit Capital (China) and Portman Group (US). He has completed and managed investment transactions totalling nearly USD 6.5 billion in logistics, industrial and mixed-use properties in China and the US. He holds an MBA degree from University of California, Berkeley, and a MDes (Real Estate) from Harvard University.

Shaman has 18 years’ experience in the real estate industry across Asia and Europe. As Senior Director | Asia at Colliers, he advises clients across the hotel & commercial real estate sectors in Hong Kong and key international markets. In addition to his role as Chair of BritCham’s Real Estate Committee, he is a member of the ULI Hospitality Development Council and the China Real Estate Chamber of Commerce Hong Kong & International Chapter. Kemmu Kawai joined Longevity Partners Japan in September 2022 as the Country Director. Based in Tokyo, he oversees all operations and activities in Japan, the Asia-Pacific region and beyond. He brings him more than 16 years of experience in finance where he specialised in real estate and credit investments. Before joining Longevity Partners, he served as a Portfolio Manager at Norinchukin Bank and as Investment Manager at Center Point Development.
