Switching to greener technologies in building construction and operation could reduce the carbon footprint of the construction value chain by 23 percent by 2035 and create investment opportunities in emerging markets, according to a major report from the International Finance Corporation (IFC). IFC and APREA are organising a high-level roundtable discussion, gathering real estate leaders and stakeholders to explore the challenges and opportunities in decarbonisation and how companies can move forward with sustainable practices and investments in real assets.
This is a by-invitation only event. If you are interested to join, please contact rodrigo.delapena@aprea.asia
