Nathalie Palladitcheff is President and Chief Executive Officer of Ivanhoé Cambridge. In that capacity, she is responsible for ensuring the Company’s growth and evolution.
During the four years preceding her appointment, Ms. Palladitcheff has held multiple responsibilities at Ivanhoé Cambridge. She joined the Company in August 2015 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and was appointed President in 2018.
Her duties as President included developing and overseeing execution of the company’s global strategy, and ensuring that it was properly aligned and positioned to invest internationally with conviction. She led the strategic planning process, ensuring that portfolio construction was defined in an optimal and balanced manner, to generate sustainable performance from a long-term perspective. She was also responsible for specialized research activities and guided the business units in identifying investment opportunities in various sectors, geographical areas and products. In early 2019, she took over management of the Emerging Markets and Europe business units.
Ms. Palladitcheff also managed all of the Company’s finance-related activities, which included mapping out new strategies for capital markets. She also oversaw the digital shift required to meet business needs and ensure Ivanhoé Cambridge’s leadership position in this area.
Nathalie Palladitcheff began her career with Coopers & Lybrand Audit (1991 to 1997), before joining Banque Française commerciale, based in the Indian Ocean, as Director of Financial Affairs and Management Audits (1997 to 2000).
She then continued her profession in the various facets of real estate investment, development and services, serving as Financial Manager and then Deputy Managing Director of Paris-based Société Foncière Lyonnaise, a public commercial real estate investment company.
From 2006 to 2007, she was Managing Director of Dolmea Real Estate, a subsidiary of Axa Group, which was principally engaged in acquisition, management and rental of residential properties in the Île-de-France region.
Ms. Palladitcheff joined Icade, a public commercial and residential real estate investment and development company, in 2007 as a member of the Executive Committee in charge of Finance, Legal Affairs and Information Technology. In 2010, she also assumed responsibility for the Property Services division (Facility, Property Management and Council), and in February 2015, was appointed Acting CEO.
She has also been a director of various companies including Silic, Qualium Investments, Crédit agricole CIB and Gecina, and presently sits on the boards of directors of SPIE, the CHU Sainte-Justine Foundation, and REALPAC.
Nathalie Palladitcheff is a graduate of École Supérieure de Commerce de Dijon (ESC Dijon) and holds a Diplôme d’Études Supérieures Comptables et Financières (DESCF) as well as a Diplôme d’Études Financières et Comptables (DECF). In 2012, she was made a Chevalier of France’s Ordre national du mérite.

Sigrid is the Chief Executive Officer of Asia Pacific Real Assets Association (APREA). Based in Singapore, she is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, initiatives and operations of the association across Asia Pacific. Under her leadership, APREA repositioned to an industry trade group focusing on real estate and infrastructure.
Sigrid joined APREA’s executive team in January 2019.
Prior to APREA, she served as Managing Director of Asia Pacific Research and Advisory Services of Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) from 2010 through 2018, where she was responsible for research, thought leadership, strategy formulation and client management. Before relocating to Singapore, she was based in Washington, D.C. and led C&W’s U.S. research group in the Mid-Atlantic region, overseeing all aspects of market research activities in the Washington, DC; Virginia; Suburban Maryland, Baltimore; and Philadelphia areas. Prior to joining C&W, Sigrid served as a Senior Economist for the National Association of Realtors (NAR). In that position, she developed NAR’s office, warehouse, retail, multi-family housing, and international research programs.
A recognized expert in global economic, public policy and real estate issues, Sigrid is a frequent speaker at industry events. Her commentary on commercial and residential real estate markets is also regularly featured in a wide array of global publications, including the Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, Bloomberg, New York Times and Reuters. Additionally, she has made several television appearances on financial networks and radio such as CNBC, Bloomberg, CNN, National Public Radio and Channel News Asia.
Sigrid holds a Master of Business Administration from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management and a Master’s degree in Economics from Pennsylvania State University. She is a member of several civic groups including the Rotary Club of Raffles City in Singapore, where she has served in various leadership positions, and serves in the Executive Committee of the Crohn’s & Colitis Society of Singapore.

Han Hwee Chin is Managing Director (Global Investments and Portfolio Strategy) in the real estate arm of GIC. GIC manages a well-diversified portfolio with high quality assets across various property sectors.
At GIC, Hwee Chin manages the design, composition and risk management framework of the real estate portfolio from a top-down, bottom-up approach to help formulate investment strategies across global markets and property sectors and provide directional recommendations on portfolio composition. Hwee Chin also provides independent reviews of deal assessments to the Investment Committee. Hwee Chin is on the GIC Sustainability Steering Committee and manages the real estate ESG framework that includes ESG integration into investment management strategy, investment opportunities evaluation and building portfolio resilience.
Hwee Chin graduated from the National University of Singapore with a first-class honours degree in Real Estate and has an MBA (Dean’s List) from the University of Western Australia. She started her career with JTC Corporation and joined the Ministry of Trade and Industry (Singapore), before moving to GIC.

As Head of APAC ESG, Chitra is responsible for all of MSCI’s ESG business in the region. MSCI has been providing ESG data, indices, and analytics tools to investors as they seek to further their understanding and adoption of ESG, for well over a decade.
Chitra’s career journey took her though Investment Banking, Project Finance, Sustainability Strategy and ESG across 5 cities in APAC as well as Europe. The bulk of Chitra’s career was spent in numerous Investment Banking roles, and among others financing green energy projects across Asia. Chitra is fluent in a number of European and Asian languages and holds an MSc in Environmental Economics from the London School of Economics.

Kemmu Kawai joined Longevity Partners Japan in September 2022 as the Country Director. Based in Tokyo, he oversees all operations and activities in Japan, the Asia-Pacific region and beyond. He brings him more than 16 years of experience in finance where he specialised in real estate and credit investments. Before joining Longevity Partners, he served as a Portfolio Manager at Norinchukin Bank and as Investment Manager at Center Point Development.
